Perfect Condo for Family Trip
We stayed three nights and had a lovely time! The unit has a great view of Grandfather Mountain. The check in process at the resort was easy - check in with the guard shack, drive up and unload, drive back to the guest parking lot, and return via shuttle. The shuttle drivers are the friendliest and most helpful people. The unit is close to Food Lion which saved us a lot of money on meals. The kitchen has everything you need! Can opener, crock pot, pizza pan, pie dish, toaster, etc. more gadgets! There is no garbage disposal so the two sinks have mesh screens to catch solids. Be mindful and dump your solids in the trash. The unit is nicely appointed with linens, a king and queen bed, comfortable couches, a very nice tv, a good sized dining room table, and patio chairs. It’s very close to the alpine slide, ski areas, and the Grandfather Mountain Highland Games. We had such a great time we wished we could have stayed longer.
