Large windows bring the wooded surroundings in, while the open layout makes it easy to spend time together whether you’re cooking, relaxing or planning the next day’s adventure.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for meals at home, with space to gather for breakfast before hitting the mountain or dinner after a full day outside.



With 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, the home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and gives families and groups room to spread out without feeling disconnected.



Outside is where this hideaway really shines. The large covered deck offers outdoor dining, comfortable seating and a gas fire pit for cool mountain evenings. Head down to the private hot tub for a soak among the trees — especially welcome after a day of skiing or hiking.

Set among the trees in a quiet Beech Mountain neighborhood, the home feels tucked away while keeping you close to everything that brings people to the mountain. Deer are frequent visitors throughout the area, so keep an eye out as you drive, walk the neighborhood or enjoy your morning coffee outside.



Beech Mountain Resort, local restaurants, hiking and mountain activities are just a short drive away. In warmer months, explore nearby trails, mountain biking and outdoor events; winter brings skiing, snowboarding and all the fun of snow season.



For even more restaurants, breweries, shops and groceries, downtown Banner Elk is an easy drive down the mountain. You’re also well positioned for day trips to Grandfather Mountain, Boone, Blowing Rock and other High Country favorites.



The neighborhood itself is peaceful and residential, making it easy to come back from a day of exploring and settle into the quieter side of Beech Mountain.



Getting Around:

Winter Weather & Mountain Travel Notice



During the winter months, weather conditions in Banner Elk, Beech Mountain, and Sugar Mountain can be unpredictable. Snow, ice, high winds, and rapidly changing road conditions are common and should be expected when traveling to and from the property.



For your safety and ease of travel, we strongly recommend arriving in a 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicle during winter months. Snow chains may also be necessary depending on conditions. Guests are responsible for monitoring weather forecasts, road conditions, and state travel advisories prior to departure and during travel.



We strongly recommend planning your arrival for around 4:00 PM while daylight is still available. Mountain roads can become significantly more difficult to navigate after dark, especially during or after winter weather events.



While we make reasonable efforts to clear driveways and walkways, snow removal is not guaranteed, especially during active snowfall or severe weather conditions. Natural snowfall may accumulate faster than it can be safely cleared. Snow shovels are provided for guest use so you can clear additional accumulation to your preference.



Mountain travel may be slower than expected, and road closures or delays can occur without notice. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment in case of weather-related travel interruptions.



Please note that winter weather, road conditions, flight cancellations, or travel delays are not valid reasons for refunds, date changes, or cancellations outside of the listing’s stated cancellation policy. By booking this property, you acknowledge the inherent risks of winter mountain travel and accept responsibility for arriving safely and prepared.

Coolbnbs, the property owner, and approved contractors or service providers may access the property during a guest stay when needed for maintenance, repairs, inspections, appraisals, pest treatments, pool or hot tub service, lawn care, or other standard professional appointments related to the care, safety, or operation of the property.

Guests will be notified in advance whenever reasonably possible, except in the case of an emergency or urgent property-related matter.
