Swiss Chalet is brand-new and just listed . Point on European design. Detail on ultra clean and modern. This Chalet is a true form of those built in the Swiss Alps for ski and summer retreats. This unique home features two Master bedrooms with hand set tile and rock tile floors. Large home allows two families to vacation together with plenty of room to spread out. There are three levels. 3 bedrooms, 2 common spaces with pull out sofa , a bunk room with 4 beds, and 4 full baths. Private decks on each level.

The space

The first floor allows a straight through walk in for those who can't use steps. There is a master suite on the first floor. Second master with secluded office area on second floor.
There are two separate entrances in case hours of activities differ for your party and you don't wish to be disturbed by a main entrance. Easy on and off gas fireplace provides a warm and cozy time in the main living room overlooking breathtaking views of the Appalachian skyline. Luxury sectional sofa has plenty of room for a large family. Watch the sun go down from upper or lower decks. Morning coffee has a new meaning made from the gourmet coffee bar if you get up soon enough for the amazing sunrises. The beds have genuine comfort with premium bedding. Huge open area on bottom floor is inviting for games, TV, snack times and lounging. Double bunks and well-equipped beautiful full baths on all levels.
Park up to 4 cars with ease. Security cameras point to out.

Neighborhood overview

For the last century Nobleman and Countrymen alike have been taking their vacation times in the beautiful Western North Carolina region. Beech Mountain is the highest altitude for skiing on the East Coast. Now your don't need to be of any Nobility to vacation these picturesque mountains these days, but the treatment and experience remains the same. You'll understand why we call our cabin "Angels Overlook Chalet" It's breathtaking.

Transit

We are just a half a mile away from Buckeye Creek Recreational Center where many activities are free of charge. There is a beautiful hiking area there that the town maintains, and the highlight is the waterfall after you have hiked almost 1/2 mile. Need a flat pavement for your daily walking? Buckeye Creek has that and it's a perfect place for indoor activities like ping on and basket ball. Take a look on their website for special events.
If you are looking for skiing, then this IS YOUR SKI cabin. We have a ski room/mud room to leave all your equipment and even outside hangers for skis under the house. We have thought of everything. You don't even need to use the main entrance to drop off your ski equipment. Drop it all in one spot and it's quickly picked up for the next day easily.

Other things to note

This a large brand new home that will make you feel like as you are taking a luxurious mountain Vacation, but its not meant as a place where a large school or party groups should stay. We invite large family groups, women or men weekends, all over 25 and not in school. No sororities or fraternity reunions. Children welcome with parents. Well behaved dogs are welcomed. Non refundable fee of $200
