Firstly, we would like to extend our sincere apologies for any lapse of services during your stay. After the receival of your review, we have investigated further & found that the delay of check in took place due to unavailability of rooms as we had a big group occupying most of the rooms last night. However, having said that, it is completely our short fall to assign a room upon your arrival & we are extremely sorry for that. After receiving your complaint regarding the noise we have shifted your room immediately & since then you have stayed with us for two consecutive stays. We have also noted your feedback regarding the room cleanliness & we also have escalated your remark to the concerned departments. We would also like to ensure you that we will certainly try to meet your expectations next time.
