The space
This beautiful, fully furnished townhome offers the perfect blend of modern convenience and classic Baltimore charm. Boasting an open concept design with hardwood floors, the main floor features a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel gas appliances, granite countertops, and a dining room table that seats four. For added convenience, the main level also features a powder room so your guests will never have to go upstairs. Step outside to the fenced patio and enjoy the outdoors.

As you walk upstairs, you will find two spacious bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom also includes a queen bed, dresser, closet, floating nightstand, Samsung Smart TV, blinds, and black out curtains. The upper level also features a full-size washer and dryer, making laundry a breeze.

The unfinished lower level offers extra storage space but can also be used as an office, workout room, or whatever else you can imagine. You can rest assured that this space is only accessed through inside of the home, giving you extra security and peace of mind.
