The breakfast wasn't great. Not many choices. The Jacuzzi wasn't warm. We had to fix our sink. However the room was clean. The stuff was friendly. Very convenient to the airport.

We had a middle of night check in (1230-0100 ish). I confirmed that online and even called the local desk before the flight. When we (family of five) arrived they told us they had overbooked and we had no room!! We were on our own and no hotels in area had vacancy!! We drove until 4am and slept in a rundown motel in va for a few hours.

We booked for 2 rooms with kitchen but when we reached staff told that there is no room available and we need to go to different hotel. The hotel where we got rooms was without kitchen. It was totally pathetic experience.

Really enjoyed our stay.Room was awesome. Only unfortunate part was there system was down the entire time we stayed so they had to let us in our rooms. I was also disappointed because I only stayed one night but hoped for a late night hot tub time but they closed early and didn’t open till too close to check out. We had a conference to attend so I never really got to use the hot tub. People were really nice though and the breakfast was decent.

Nice place to stay for getting to BWI. Parking is free if you book through hotel otherwise you pay. Bwi shuttle is free though either way. Very comfortable and pleasant hotel.

Great location, easy access to highway, close dining options in addition to continental breakfast and coffee. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Check in and out was smooth. The mobile key is a nice option. It would help to have the ability to save it to Apple Wallet for quick access. There was a small amount of mold in bathroom shower, but otherwise a good deal for the cost. I would book again and recommend.

The hot tub was extremely dirty. I ended up sick and had to check out a day early. I stayed sick for 3,days following my stay there. I was very disappointed with my last stay.

The staff were very nice and pleasant. Our room was directly infront of the elevators, which made it a bit noisy and bright. We had a pull out couch, that was extremely dirty looking. The sheets for the pull out were stained. My kids refused to sleep on it( i couldn't blame them) so we all cuddled in 2 beds. We were only there for 1 night to go to the airport. Although our flight took off very early, I was informed that their was a shuttle as early as 4am to take you to the airport.

Enjoyed our stay, convenient location, and quick drive to BWI. Hotels been updated but the bathrooms are still a little dated. Would stay again if needing another stay for traveling to the airport.
