Smelly and cold.
Room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. The bedspreads had burn holes scattered throughout. The heat blew only cool air when the weather outside was 27 degrees. It was late and we were exhausted from driving in the snow and took it for what it’s worth.

This property is close to Arundel Mills. The toilet flushed efficiently. Our first room was already occupied and we opened the door to find a shirtless man in bed. Our second room smelled of cigarettes, comforter had cigarette burn marks, dead insect in bathroom and the heater made a lot of noise every time it turned on. Could hear everything and everyone outside door. Room could have been cleaner. For the total time of our stay, the big communal trashcan was never emptied, there was overflow on ground all around the can.

The room was filthy it said non smoking yet smelled like smoke and crack. The toilet had stool in it The room was just nasty. I was not able to check in to after 7am nobody would let me in. I had been there since 3am knocking knocking no one would answer. I had to sleep in my vehicle until after 7am.

Didn’t even get to stay there was told there were no room available even tho I had my confirmation from Expedia after the front desk lady took 30 minutes to come from the room she was sleeping in to not even turn on the lobby light where a security guard was sitting in pitch black. Then didn’t look at a computer just said my reservation was canceled and I was gonna have to find somewhere else to go in her exact works. 10 hours of driving to be told to kick rocks worst hotel staff I’ve ever had period!
