„everything was great. we really liked it! Very beautiful and clean house! There is a sauna and a hot tub! Huge garden with trees and a barbecue!Very nice hosts!“

„The house was exactly as the photos show - well equipped, clean and comfortable with a view over the marina and the river. We had to call our hosts with a power issue on our first night and they couldn't have been more helpful. We weren't there on holiday so didn't get chance to explore the town or area properly but hope to do so on future visits.“

„Property was ideal size and location was good. Under the impression i was able to park in the land next to the property but was told off by another resident. Was advised by owner there is on road parking- should have read this properly! Apartment smelt of cigarettes and cannot take smell out from clothes. Shower had mould around grouting of tiles and needs bringing up-to date. Mattress - springs broken and had a dip did not sleep much. Extractor needs a good clean can see grease on top. Need ...

„We had a very enjoyable stay at Zarza House. Very clean with good outdoor space. It was a great base to visit Harry Potter Studios and only 25 mins into London on the train. Lots of places to eat at the Galleria - less than 10 mins walk away.“

„Excellent accommodation, spacious, cosy and homely. Conveniently situated for walking into town . Onsite Parking a great bonus. Nicely furnished and warm. No hesitation in booking again. “

„The accommodation was comfortable. The bathroom is in need of updating and a deep clean although the shower was excellent. The outside of the property belied the inside - it is in need of care and attention, the bins were overflowing and the brambles had taken over.“

„We arrived in Southampton - contacted Pass the Keys to find out about codes to get into house and was told “sorry for the inconvenience, BUT your reservation has been CANCELLED”. No assistance to find another place! We had just arrived in the U.K. from Canada for a 10 day visit and at 8:00 am find out we have no place to go! There had been NO COMMUNICATION with me on this reservation after I paid the rental fees. So, imagine my SURPRISE when arriving I find out they CANCELLED our reservation ...

"das Hotel hat zum Ende des kostenfreien Storno Zeitpunktes ohne meine Zustimmung meine Kreditkarte belastet. Obwohl beim Buchen über Hotels.com „zahlen im Hotel „ ausgewählt wurde. Außerdem 20£ für die Tiefgarage wo außerhalb des Hotels für max. 4 Stunden geparkt werden durfte, finde ich zuviel."

"Das Hotel war an sich in Ordnung. Leider war das Zimmer sehr warm. Klimaanlage gab es nicht und das Fenster hätte man Max 10cm öffnen können, was wir aber wegen den ganzen Insekten davor auch nur kurz gemacht haben. Für die 25£/Nacht bekam der Hund beim Check in ein extra Türschild (Do Not disturb/attention mit einer Pfote) und mehrmals den Hinweis den Hund nie, nie alleine im Zimmer zu lassen. Außerdem gab es auf dem ganzen Gelände und im Hotel keinen Mülleimer außer im Zimmer."

"Es ist ein tolles Hotel mit einer besonders schönen Lage , ruhig am Fluss , dennoch nur ein paar Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt . Zimmer waren in Ordnung,Frühstücksauswahl gut ,Extras wie Kakao, Spiegeleier kein Problem nur das es viel zu lange gedauert hat . Schon auf Grund dieser idyllischen Lage würde ich das Hotel wieder buchen."
