    Sonnenschein umgibt Sie an diesem Golfplatz / Lagune mit 4 Schlafzimmern, 3. 5 Bädern mit Meerblick - nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Unten in diesem umgekehrten Grundriss sind vier Schlafzimmer; zwei sind Könige mit privatem Zugang zur Bildschirmvorhalle. Das erste verfügt über ein eigenes Bad, das zweite teilt sich ein Jack und Jill. Das dritte Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett und einem Einzelbett ausgestattet. Der Schlafraum für vier Personen und ein Bad direkt vor der Tür. Die hintere Veranda bietet einen ruhigen Rückzugsort, der sich in den bewaldeten Dünenkamm der Insel schmiegt.

    Im Obergeschoss werden Sie die Holzoberflächen und den offenen Grundriss lieben, der zwei Wohnbereiche bietet, einen mit Kamin und den anderen mit Zugang zum Sonnendeck. Die Küche bietet viel Platz für die Vorbereitung sowie eine Wrap-Around-Bar für sechs Personen. Der geräumige Essbereich ist für acht Personen ausgelegt, kann aber leicht mehr Platz bieten.

    In Ihrem Mietpreis enthalten sind ein Internetzugang sowie ein Golfwagen für vier und sechs Personen. Darüber hinaus beinhalten die Mietkosten von WWP Homes Reinigungsgebühren, eine Schadensversicherung und unsere Property Manager Assistance Line, die rund um die Uhr verfügbar ist ... etwas, das Sie zu schätzen wissen, wenn Ihre Klimaanlage am Wochenende ausfällt oder Sie nach 5 eine Golfwagen-Wohnung erhalten PM. Clean, great floor plan for our family

Clean house, comfortable beds. Loved the layout for our 6 kids.AC wasn't working well and WWP had it fixed immediately for us. Nice 6 seater and 4 seater golf cart. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. Hope to come back!

Would rent again for price value and overall comfort plus location.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The first day we arrived there were six roaches in different spots of the home. I sent a message regarding them and no response. The entire time we were there we would wake up and have to kill roaches. Such a horrible thing when paying so much for a home. Extremely disappointed. Internet modem broke and they couldn’t fix it.

Still a great Thanksgiving on BHI - we’ve been coming since 2002 - but there was a dip regarding the amenities and rental services this year. The house was clean but is deficient in kitchen-wares (no measuring cups, cake pans, etc). The golf carts both died multiple times despite being charged, and our welcome-pack had materials from years before. The house has promise; definitely had a fun week. But the experience needed some TLC on multiple fronts.

The house was clean, roomy and in a great location. It was pretty well stocked with everything we needed except pans. No complaints except for the following: The 6 seater golf cart was extremely slow and stopped charging on labor day and it was not replaced until the next day. Unfortunately we had 8 people and a 4 seater golf cart to deal with that created a lot of issues for our family and getting people where they wanted to go. The rental agency did not have a solution as they said they had no one on the island to repair it that afternoon. The replacement was good but then they exchanged the rental for the original golf cart on Wednesday and it was as slow or slower than before. Trash was never picked up at the house. The cans were full when we arrived and there was no where to put our garage so it was stacked outside. Construction workers showed up unannounced to fix a door outside of the master bedroom at 7:15 am one morning and woke us all up. The 4 bicycles had tire issues so they couldn’t be used.

So far not great. Happy to review when we leave, but all appliances, bathrooms are dated. Sofas are dirty. Upper deck should have patio table or more chairs. Needs to be stocked better. So far we prefer most of the other BHI houses. Let’s don’t work.

We stayed in Southard Comfort. location was nice however this property is a true rental and needs updating. Exterior doors are rotting, furniture is very dirty, landscape is over grown and golf carts weren't great. experienced some issues while vacationing and WW worked to resole the problems. this would be a great house if it was updated.
