Small room but it is okey need to updated shower room it don't give us plenty of water to shower and bathroom need new doors.

I travelled with my family for leisure while I am working. Wi-fi is good was able to connect successfully without any hassle. Room is very clean. Aircon is adequate. One thing I notice is in the restroom. Toilet bowl is old and is hard to flush. Hotel though is conveniently located to establishments like Mang Inasal, Jollibee, The Beanery and others and Parking is limited. Generally, If you are looking for a short stay, this hotel is good for you. But I don't recommend it for a long stay. I guess the hotel needs refurbishment.

The staffs are very friendly and accomodating. They are also knowledgeable on what places we may visit within their vicinty and where we could eat. The space is also a great place to hang out if you just want to chill out or bond with friends. Overall experience is superb. Thanks for the great experience!

Water from the shower keeps on flooding the floor and there was no doormat on the CR. Aircon unit is not cold probably it needs cleaning and or the room is too big for the small aircon unit. Overall, it is okay. Accomodating staff.

I like the location as it is situated near restaurants. The bed was nice although its itchy. The smell of the wool blanket is not nice . The bathroom is dirty with cockroaches. What i hate the most is their towels as it smells so bad that it seems it was not washed properly.

nice hotel in a good location
The hotel looked it had just a renovation, except the bathroom. cableTV, wifi, hot shower were fine. Room was big enough with large windows. Location was fantastic. Staff were nice and polite. I just wonder why on the receipt the hotel put 1950 but I paid 2300. Hotel had a lot of nice decorations.

Clean and nice. Staff are accomodating, just the 2 time I requested extra matress and towels took several follow up, but other than that - its ok, plus its besides restaurants and near the town plaza.

The aircon took time to cool the room. The shower head holder was loose..and it fell on my head when I was taking a shower..no toothbrush , toothpaste...bath towel was rough and starched quite hard.

We're happy at the the Gap!
Located at the city center. The rooms are clean and comfortable. All of the staff were very accommodating. It is also near The Beanery which is one of Bataan's famous restaurant.

On the website when I did my booking it says that there’s rollaway or extra beds. When we arrive to the hotel, we need to pay for fhe extra beds

Location is good, staff are nice however the hotel is quite old, they could improve on the bathrooms, drainage is a little bit higher than the flooring thus the floor always retains water and is always wet.

The beds and room size were okay. The bathroom however was poorly cleaned. The toilet smelled like piss and there were strands of hair left on the shower drain before we even used it. We cannot adjust the direction of the shower head so you have to hold it with one hand while using which is cumbersome. The shower tiles could have been cleaned better. Bonus, we found a tiny cockroach in the bathroom too. If you are too specific with bathrooms, this is not the place for you.

Location is within town proper. Many food establishment nearby to to choose from. However parking is limited. Breakfast is the ordinary and has unlimited cereal . Can get noisy at night there is bar nearby sound becoming from there can heard in the room. We had the room in the second floor. Rooms are not sound proof. The place is Good for an overnite stay but choose a room in the higher floors

Overall good experience
The stay was just as expected. Generally good (food, room, service) except it took long before we got our room as it's 20 minutes passed checkin in and we're already weary from long drive and travel.

Surprisingly good
Hotel was surprisingly clean and staff were pleasant. Requested for a queen bed instead of two single beds. Staff imnediately informed me that they have none available so have arranged two single beds beside each other. One of the better hotels to stay when in Balanga. Will definitely come back.

A nice clean quiet hotel.
Very nice and quiet hotel. Tidy and clean room. Breakfast was included. It was ok. Friendly helpful staff. Check in was easy and quick. Friendly security 24 hours. Some food outlets next to hotel. Short walk to market and shops. I will stay here again.

The stay was average. The reasons for my ratings are: I felt the bathroom needs more cleaning, the elevator wasn't working, "free wifi in the lobby" was none existent, the breakfast needs improving - I did not enjoy it. The positive ones are: the service was excellent, and the location was convenient. If they want a better rating for me, they need to upgrade or improve their internet service, their breakfast, and repair their elevator.
