Good Day Jessica!I apologize for the inconvenience but I have checked your reservation records and it shows it only took 2 mins for you to be checked-in. It was started at 6:06pm and completed at 6:08pm. We do require a 100 deposit and that is only for incidental purposes which is released right after you checked out. The parking lot calling access is for our guest safety, So, that way, unauthorized people shouldn't access our property. We apologize for the smell but due to remodeling it was there last month, which you will not experience in future. Again, we do not allow outside food for our guest safety. Our rooms are nice and clean. You might have some misunderstanding. Please give us another chance to show our nice and clean rooms with luxury facilities. Thank YouDuniya Hotel
