You'll have the entire cabin except one locked closet. Covered parking sits under the deck to keep cars out of the sun and snow, with an extra spot at the top of the driveway if you need it. The garage holds the washer and dryer and is open for gear storage — just not for parking. We respond quickly if anything comes up during your stay.

FAQS
• There's no A/C. At this elevation the temperature rarely climbs above 80°, and opening the windows at night cools the cabin down quickly.
• From October through May you'll need AWD or 4WD with appropriate tires — the area has snow and dirt roads. The driveway is paved but steep and can be icy in shaded spots even when plowed; there's a spot at the top to park and walk down carefully if needed.
• The Colorado mountains can get snow almost any time of year — pack accordingly.
• This is a residential neighborhood. Most neighbors aren't close, but a few are.
• Please don't park in the garage (it holds the washer and dryer) — use the covered parking under the deck.
