Once a week, our team will stop by to take out the trash. They won’t enter the home but will access the garage with a code. You might also see snow removal in winter or lawn care in summer. These visits may or may not fall during your stay.

In the quiet that surrounds the foothills, you can watch wildlife move through the trees and feel the stillness settle in. After a day exploring scenic trails, sink into the warmth of the hot tub beneath the cool late autumn sky and let the quiet of Harris Park wrap around you.

Sleeping arrangements
This cabin accommodates up to 11 guests with 4 bedrooms and 8 beds. The upper level features a secluded master suite with an ensuite bathroom and a private balcony overlooking the mountains. Additional sleeping spaces include two king beds, one queen bed, and a bunk room with twin bunks. Each room includes bed linens, towels, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage for a comfortable stay.

Living spaces
The spacious living room invites you to unwind on an oversized sectional while watching the TV or enjoying a relaxed morning in the reading nook. Large windows frame the surrounding landscape, creating a peaceful backdrop throughout the day. A dedicated workspace is available for guests needing a quiet spot to focus.

Kitchen and dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for cooking your own meals, along with two dining areas and a breakfast bar. Coffee, a coffee maker, and kitchen essentials are provided. With modern appliances including a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and hot water kettle, preparing meals feels easy and familiar.

Outdoor living
The property offers a patio or balcony, outdoor furniture, a BBQ grill, and a backyard area. In the cool season, the hot tub becomes a cozy retreat after time spent exploring nearby trails. Across the driveway, a converted historic barn provides a game room with space to relax and enjoy indoor fun.

Comfort and convenience
Amenities include heating, ceiling and portable fans, free parking on the premises, self check-in with a keypad, washer, dryer, and WiFi. Bathroom essentials are provided, along with a bathtub, hot water, and toiletries. Families will appreciate the pack n play, high chair, and board games. Safety features include exterior security cameras, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

Located in the Harris Park neighborhood of Bailey, this cabin sits 8.5 miles from Highway 285 yet feels worlds away. Lakes, trails, and peaceful mountain roads are all within a short drive, offering opportunities for hiking, off-roading, and wildlife spotting. Bailey's local breweries, winery, and small-town charm are just down the highway.

Open fires on the property are strictly prohibited by the county due to wildfire risk.

This home is located at a high altitude of 8,800 feet. We recommend that guests take time to acclimate at a lower elevation before arrival to ensure a comfortable stay. We want all of our guests to fully enjoy their time here and feel their best!

Please note that there are two exterior cameras on the property. One is focused on the driveway, and the other is directed towards the hot tub and front door. These cameras are used to monitor snow accumulation and ensure proper maintenance during your stay. Thank you!

While some childproofing measures have been taken, the property is not fully childproof. Guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for any risks to children or infants while on the premises.

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited indoors and will incur a minimum fine of $500.
