📝 House Rules:
✔ No parties or events
✔ Must sign a rental agreement upon booking
✔ A $400 security deposit is required; security deposit not refunded if any house rule broken. Damaged and/or stolen property will be reported to the proper authorities
✔ Must be 21 years or older to book and person who makes reservation must be present upon check-in and stay for the duration of the reservation
✔ No "Day Guests" or "Visitors" to the property. Max occupancy at property is 10 people at all times
✔ Accurate guest count required; $250 per person/dog per night that is not accounted for in the reservation.
✔ Max 2 dogs per stay. Dog(s) must be 50 lbs. or less. No dogs on furniture, in hot tub or on beds
✔ Must pick up and clean up after your dog(s) any where on the property. Additional $250/pet cleaning fee if failure to do so.
✔ Check-in after 4:00 pm; early arrivals subject to availability and fees
✔ No late check-out; additional night charged for late check-out
✔ Children/pets must be supervised by an adult AT ALL TIMES; DO NOT leave children/pet(s) unattended anywhere on property.
✔ No smoking indoors; only smoke outside and clean up afterward
✔ DO NOT THROW TRASH, GREASE OR FOOD DOWN SINKS, TOILET OR IN DISHWASHER; ONLY toilet paper in toilets. If plumbing issue is determine to have been caused due to throwing prohibited items down sink, you will be liable for the cost of repair(s).
✔ Security cameras on the exterior for guest safety; do not tamper with them
✔ Cover outdoor furniture when not in use
✔ Do not rearrange furniture inside or outside
✔Do not trespass in Lagoon area. It is NOT for guest use.
