Aspen Close is a spacious and well-maintained 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom semi-detached home located in a peaceful residential area of Aylesbury. Ideal for families, professionals, or visitors to the area, this property offers a comfortable and thoughtfully arranged living space across two floors. The home features four generously sized bedrooms, including a main bedroom with a modern en suite shower room. A well-appointed family bathroom with a full-size bath and overhead shower serves the additional bedrooms, offering plenty of space for guests or larger households. A fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for day-to-day cooking, while the separate living/dining room offers a bright and welcoming environment to relax, complete with comfortable seating, a dining area, and a Smart TV. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Additional amenities include off-street parking for up to two vehicles, a secure and private rear garden ideal for outdoor dining or family time, and efficient gas central heating via a modern combi boiler for consistent hot water and warmth. For sustainability, the house is equipped with clearly labeled bins for rubbish and recycling, and refillable dispensers for hand soap, shampoo, and body wash to help reduce waste. Wellness Facilities – Spa House Access

Access to the spa house is available as an optional add-on, subject to availability and an additional charge.

Guests wishing to use the facilities are required to purchase a spa access pass prior to arrival. Please contact us in advance to arrange this. The pass is priced at £45 per person and provides unlimited use throughout your stay, including access to the spa, sauna, and multi-gym.

Disclaimer for Sauna, Spa, and Gym Use

***Please note that as the spa water is changed between guest stays, it may not be fully heated by 4:00 pm on the day of your arrival. However, it will be sufficiently heated and ready for use by the following morning***.

• The sauna, spa, and gym are unsupervised and used entirely at your own risk.
• The property owner/host is not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from the use of these facilities.

• Children under 16 must be supervised at all times and are not permitted to use the sauna or gym without adult supervision.
• Do not use the sauna or spa while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications that may cause drowsiness.

• Please use equipment and facilities as intended and follow all posted instructions.
• Limit sauna sessions to 15–20 minutes and stay hydrated.
• Wipe down gym equipment after use and report any malfunctions or issues to the host immediately.

🧼 Hygiene & Cleanliness
• Shower before entering the spa or sauna.
• Do not use oils, lotions, or other products that may damage the equipment or leave residues.

IMPORTANT: Customers will note that, a condition of their stay upon booking is, no person(s) other than the booked guests are permitted onto the property without the express, written consent of the Host. Failure to comply will result in immediate action (at the discretion of the Host) including immediate cancellation of the booking which will forfeit any right to a refund for the remaining time.
