Located on the main floor, the residence offers easy access to the building lobby, outdoor spaces, and amenities. One Riverfront guests also enjoy full access to the Riverfront Resort & Spa next door, including direct Riverfront Gondola access to Beaver Creek Mountain, ski and boot valet, Riverfront Health Club, Spa Anjali, restaurants, bars, and more.

- $120 resort fee per night, per condo
- Parking for one car is complimentary

The resort requires these fees to be paid directly at the front desk at check-in. We are not permitted to collect these fees on the resort's behalf.

The resort fee provides access to the resort amenities listed below, including the Riverfront Gondola, ski and boot valet, pool and hot tubs, Riverfront Health Club, resort shuttle, and other onsite amenities.

The Riverfront Gondola is right at the resort, providing direct access to Beaver Creek Mountain. The complimentary resort shuttle also makes it easy to reach Beaver Creek Village, approximately 5 minutes away, or Vail, approximately 15 minutes away, making this a great home base for guests who want to ski both mountains.

In summer, the scenic Eagle River hiking and biking path is right outside your door.
