Air Conditioning Details
The top floor bedrooms have air conditioning, as the remaining bedrooms are on the lower floor and do not get very warm. The rest of the home does not have AC. If you require additional cooling, please inform the Vail Butler team in advance and we will work with you to have portable AC units available.

Rental Agreement
All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file with Vail Butler in order to be considered confirmed. Rental agreements will be reviewed and signed digitally. Depending upon the booking channel on which you reserved, this agreement is likely to be shared in a follow up email.

Check In Instructions
Check in instructions and/or a home guide will be sent to guests via a text message link 72 and 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests must ensure a valid cell phone number is on file. Otherwise, check in instructions will not be received.

Nonrefundable Fees
