The Kitchen is a spectacular gourmet kitchen with a 48 inch double oven with 6 gas burners and a griddle, a drawer microwave and a large 48 inch subzero refrigerator, beautiful granite countertops, a large island with seating for 5, and ample room for family cooking and bonding. An elevator services three of the floors. The luxurious top-floor master suite boasts breathtaking views of the ocean and sound, its own private deck and a stunning full bath with a freestanding soaking tub and custom tile shower with jets.

Entertainment abounds in this home with a game room on the lower level complete with foosball, shuffleboard, pool table and a multimedia area with a 65 inch TV. There is also a small kitchenette with granite countertops, sink, drawer microwave and beverage refrigerator for easy access off the pool for drinks or microwave for popcorn for movie night.
