Wonderful Stay!

Our family of 7 had a wonderful stay at Karsang's condo. He was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. The condo was spacious and comfortable.

Great for families

We were in town for a Little League tournament and really enjoyed our stay here! It worked well for all our children, everyone had a bed. Instructions were easy enough to understand and communication was excellent. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Place. Would definitely Return. Just a bit noisy

Really enjoyed the space and Karsang does a great job of communicating and making the process easy and straightforward. The sauna was great and the location between Vail and Beaver Creek worked very well for us. The only tricky thing was that, with 4 kids, their noise passed right through the walls into the parents rooms. Once they learned to go out to the sun room, it was all good though. We would definitely go back.

Comfortable Condo for our Family!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this comfortable condo while we were in Avon a couple days before Christmas! The bedrooms were great, the living room was very cozy and the kitchen worked well for us! Our adult sons really enjoyed the sauna inside the condo! Our only suggestion is to replace your carpet as it has quite a bit of stains in each bedroom. Otherwise, it was wonderful and so very close to both Beaver Creek Village and Vail Village!

Great Location

Stayed for a weekend to attend youth sport functions in Vail and Eagle. Easy in and out access, spacious, clean, quiet with nice layout and close proximity.

Not a bad rental - some issues

Overall, the condo is very well up kept & modern, location is great, the unit is spacious, the kitchen is fully stocked, all rooms had balconies! Karsang was very responsive to all questions & easy to work with. He was gracious to allow early check-in & late check-out. There were a few issues that we ran into sadly. We never received the actual condo unit # or directions before our check-in. One of the people in our group was arriving separately several hours earlier. He spent 45 min trying to find out which unit was ours. I searched the listing details & went through all my messages from Karsang. I also called but didn't reach him so I wrote him a message on VRBO to please call our friend & let him know how to find the unit since we were about to board our plane. Our friend also went on the VRBO listing, created his own profile and wrote a message to Karsang for help. Our friend was finally able to get ahold of Karsang who gave him the info. Karsang also sent us the condo unit # & directions at 7pm which was quite a bit past the check-in time unfortunately and would have been much more helpful to have in advance of the arrival date to avoid all of the issues we experienced. Another issue we ran into was the TV in one of the bedrooms only had Netflix loaded which did not work & kept showing error messages. We googled the errors & tried to fix issue. We also messaged Karsang for help. He wasn't sure how to resolve & sent us same info we had already found online - no fix was provided unfortunately. Both TVs only had Netflix & there was no way to view local channels to find out the weather or watch the local news unfortunately which was a bummer. We were staying here for a wedding and the day of the actual wedding it started raining hard in Avon. We messaged Karsang to see if there were umbrellas in the unit since we couldn't locate any. Unfortunately, he advised umbrellas weren't available. This became super stressful since I had full hair & makeup & was in a fancy dress - I had a very hard time staying dry. As a strong recommendation, since most people have difficulties packing umbrellas in their luggage as they take up a lot of room, it would be a very good idea to provide umbrellas in the unit. In prior condos we have stayed in around the country, most rental properties provide this. One other issue was that we couldn't find any extra pillows in the & had a difficult time sleeping on the very small pillows provided - difficulties sleeping.

Nice owner & floorplan but has drawbacks

The owner is very kind & helpful and is easy to communicate with. The condo has a nice layout, and the washer/dryer is a plus. We had the misfortune of arriving after some exceptionally messy guests (or so the cleaning lady said) & we had some issues around check-in. The owner was very responsive & did tell us that the cleaning person was not the regular cleaner, so the delay & issues with cleanliness may have been an anomaly. The condo had stained carpets that needed a wash & the couch was smelly. You can hear the traffic from the main road in 2 of the bedrooms, so bring earplugs or a white noise machine. If you have a car or use the local bus, the location is convenient to most everything.

A Wonderful, Wonderful place to stay!

A beautiful condo, the sun room was great and couch there became another bed, everything works perfectly, kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need, close to skiing ... this VRBO cannot be recommended highly enough! - thank you so much for a wonderful home away from home on our trip to Avon!

Great location for skiing -- condo has everything needed for a great stay

We spent two nights with friends on a short ski vacation. The condo is very well furnished with everything you need, including entertainment options and wi-fi -- and the kitchen is the perfect size to cook for a family/friends...especially after a long day on the slopes when you really don't feel like going out. The condo was clean with plenty of towels, linens, etc. We have no negatives about the (renovated) condo; the building shows some age (outside) - and the outside hot tub could probably use an update -- but it works and everyone was happy. And, you can't beat the 5 minute drive to Beaver Creek...we were first in line when the chair lift opened. Finally, great communication and follow-up from the owner...very service minded and a great VRBO host. Highly recommend this property - great value.

Great family condo

We really enjoyed our stay at this ski condo. It not only is a great location, close to skiing and the store, but also very well kept and perfectly comfortable. The kids loved the bunk beds and the extra front sun room and I loved the sauna in the condo. Everything that you need for an enjoyable stay is provided. Family games and Netflix kept everyone happy. Also, the mud room was great for ski boots and jackets. Plenty of room and very nice.
