Nestled in the serene town of Avon, 330 Chapel Square offers a perfect blend of comfort and adventure. This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat sleeps up to six and features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a gas fireplace, and a private balcony with stunning mountain views. Whether you’re here to ski, hike, or simply relax, this home base provides everything you need for a memorable stay.
**There are exterior building upgrades to include painting, scheduled from 4/15 - 7/16/26. Construction will occur from 7AM to 7PM, Monday through Saturday. Balconies will not be accessible during this time. No refunds will be offered due to construction work/noise.
This gorgeous 3-bedroom condo has everything you need for your mountain vacation.
The condo has been thoughtfully upgraded with comfortable furniture, stainless steel appliances, and a king size bed in the master. This rare corner unit is conveniently located in the town of Avon, just steps away from ski shuttle, grocery stores and restaurants. You will enjoy the spectacular vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, underground parking, private ski locker, steam workout room and easy elevator access! This unit boasts a covered private patio complete with a BBQ and outdoor furniture.
The master bedroom features a king size bed and a beautifully updated en-suite with marble countertops and an enclosed glass and tile shower. The second and third bedrooms both include a queen bed and desk space to work comfortably. The secondary bathroom includes an oversized tub and there is an in unit stacked washer dryer. Underground garage parking for 2 vehicle and free wireless internet are included in your stay.
*This unit does not have air conditioning however, mountain nights are very cool. You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.
THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All of our Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

Great stay overall and very convenient to the ski resort!
Very nice place overall! Easy self check-in: designated parking lot for your car in the garage underground, and everything works for easy access to the apartment.
It's also very convenient to the ski resorts with the bus stop literally right in front of your front door. The supermarket is right next door as well for family meals at the end of the day.
Wi-fi is fast for multiple people to do work and virtual meetings too.
Really love the space and looking forward to being back!

Wonderful Stay!
Overall, it was great for our family. Enough space for the kids and my husband & I. Two full bathrooms make a difference when you’re trying to get ready in the morning to go skiing.
Kitchen was super convenient and stocked with pans & utensils that you might need. Close to the resort. It did get a bit loud in the evenings with the restaurants below us but it quieted down by 10 so it wasn’t a big deal but could hear the groups yelling, talking loudly outside at times.
Easy check-in process, parking underneath - all convenient and great.

Nice condo and great location in Avon
The condo was in a great location with restaurants, groceries, and other shopping right outside your door. It was well appointed with a stocked kitchen, comfortable bedding, and plenty of space for the 3 of us. Underground garage parking was another bonus. FYI…if you stay in the summer, be aware that there is no AC and the wall of glass windows in the living room have no shades on them (they face directly west) and the unit got so hot that we had to leave in the evenings until the sun went down and it cooled off. Fortunately the late evenings were comfortable with all the windows open to let the breezes in. They did supply fans but they didn’t help much until the sun we t down. One suggestion would be to replace all the lighting with LED bulbs…Management was extremely easy to work with and notified us when the building was having some maintenance work done.

I would stay here again, lovely place and great location. Can grab the ski bus at the edge of the parking lot. Lots of food and shopping that’s walkable. Bathrooms and bedrooms were well setup and well stocked kitchen. I felt the cleaning was just ok. The ottoman opens and was very messy inside and had dried up orange peels. Kitchen and table still had sticky services. We came at a busy time so I’m thinking it was rushed. Contacted property manager prior to arrival to confirm if there was a pack n play like the listing said and they said no- we packed one but there was one in the unit. Only other complaint is that some of the lights were out or didn’t work and it was very dark. Carpet is in need of replacement. Again would stay again as overall great place and setup with a great location. Hopefully property managers can get a good cleaning crew and take care of some misc items.

Chapel Square was Cozy, Comfortable and Convenient.
During our recent stay at Chapel Square, my family and I found the property to be cozy, comfortable, and conveniently located near the AVON shuttle bus stop. This made it easy for us to get to the Beaver Creek main village for skiing. The property had all the necessary amenities for our family of four, including a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms with cozy beds. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the living room, which had a beautiful window with great views. However, it is worth noting that the property is located above a shopping plaza, which can lead to some noise disturbance. It started snowing the previous night, so we heard the workers shoveling snow in the parking lot at 3 am. During our stay, the main elevator was out of order for two out of the three nights. As a result, whenever we returned from skiing or came back from the restaurants/shops in Chapel Square, we had to walk around to the main garage entrance and use that elevator instead.

Great Location - great price - minor updates needed for summer comfort
Great location in Avon with quick access to downtown, access to Beaver Creek and close to highway for Vail/Eagle. The unit is great size, beds, appliances and baths all were in good condition. Only reason we didn’t give full stars is One issue we had is being a summer rental we were not aware that most condos in the area do NOT have Air Conditioning. It is not listed in the amenities but not being from the region we didn’t really notice the absence in the listing. Nights were cool with windows opened which helped but the main room has a 15 foot window wall with NO shades at all which act like a greenhouse in the June week we rented here. I’m sure it’s fine in the winter time when busy season hits, but summer was difficult with kids and family used to relaxing in a cool reprieve from summer hikes and bike rides. On check in the entire unit was in the mid to high 80s. We kept windows open all stay. Every room needed windows open to sleep with big and small box fans running full blast to bring cool air in. This isn’t too bad with nice mountain air but it’s across the street from a grocery store which gets early and late deliveries with trucks and sits above retail which has cars and people all day/night. We would do our best to keep it cool with the leftover night air but the day would inevitably heat back up.The shades that were installed on the other bedroom windows almost all had some damage and the strings either didn’t work or they would be hard to operate.

The unit itself is very nice and clean and a great location as well. This is where the positives end. Long Story short, we had to contact Sky Run Property Management with an issue, they told us they would take care of it and never did. The shared wall neighbor had a firealarm going off for two of the three nights and we got no sleep and one of the bedrooms was unusable because of the alarm. When Sky Run didnt help us, we went to the neighbors to get it taken care of ourselves. What we found was crazy. The neighbor, a permanent resident of that building was zooted out of his mind. He had hard drugs all over the unit and he was sitting there in a mess of a place with a fire alarm beeping and burner of the stove on as well. His condo was filled with many drugs, paraphernalia and a huge mess. It was unsafe. This was his permanent residence, so be prepared to have this man as your neighbor if you decide to stay here. We could not stop the fire alarm as it was 10 feet up. Sky Run never fixed the problem with the building maintence as they said they would, and refused to compensate us. They have the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Check their yelp reviews and steer clear of here or any of their properties. We spent hours trying to get a resolution. Even after our trip reached out and were treated so poorly. So if you need any help on your stay, you will be on your own. But I guess you could always ask the wonderful neighbor next door.

Great Place - Close to everything you need
This is a beautiful, comfortable, and conveniently-located place to stay for your ski trip to Beaver Creek & Vail... Epic Pass is good at both.
+ We didn't need to use our car all week. Park it and leave it. Parking cost is included with the condo, but be sure to register your license plate and get your parking pass approval right away.
+ Good restaurants are within easy walking distance, some right in the same building. We ate at both Nozawa (Asian) and Gondola Pizza; both were excellent. (A local teenager recommended Gondola to me as his favorite pizza place in town.)
+ City Market grocery store is just across the street. Good selections. Good prices. So much more cost-effective than going out for every meal; plus, the kitchen is great. A quick breakfast and then off the catch the shuttle to ski.
+ The Avon bus system runs like clock-work. It's all free. Just Google Avon Skier Shuttle and download the schedule. There are 4 types Avon buses: Ski, Blue, Red, and Restaurant. Ski & Blue stop right across the Parking Lot at the "Chapel Square" stop, which is near the beginning of the pick up run, so you'll always get a seat on the bus and not have to stand, like what always happens for the later pick up stops. You'll also be one of the first off the bus at the end of the day. To get to Vail, get of the Avon bus at Avon Station, stay right there for the "BC - Vail shuttle" (white top, bluish purple bottom) to Vail. Vail has two stops, Lionshead Transit Center & the main Vail Transportation Center. Get off at either, but at the day end, get on at Lionshead so you get a seat. Once back to Avon, get off at Avon Station and then to get back to Chapel Square quicker, take the Blue line instead of the Ski bus.
+ After a day on the slopes, the SkyRun Chapel Square steam room is great, a very clean and well-kept facility. It's located on the 3rd floor, on the exact opposite end of the building from your room. Start it up 20 minutes or more before you want to use it, to warm it up.
+ What a great week. I miss being there already.
