The separate bedroom locations offer two oversized walk-in closets with custom shelving and both roomy sleeping quarters are outfitted with hotel quality linens and en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed while the guest room is furnished with a splendid queen sized bed. In the lavish master bathroom, you’ll find a welcoming jetted, soaking tub, stand alone shower and dual sinks. The guest en-suite is situated with a shower/tub combo and single sink. There is also a half bathroom available.
Additional features include a gas fireplace with stone surround, private in-unit washer/dryer and large deck with western mountain views. The perfect place to relax and sip your morning coffee while breathing in clean, crisp mountain air.
This prime location is in the middle of town and includes wonderful amenities such as a fitness area, sunroom, steam room, assigned underground heated parking and ski locker. Not to mention easy access to free Avon skier shuttle! The grocery store is across the street and all Avon restaurants are walkable. The main bus station in Avon also has regular buses to Vail. Once in the condo, a car is not a requirement unless you need to go somewhere not serviced by the buses.
In winter, you’re just minutes away from Beaver Creek Resort offering world class skiing, ice-skating, shopping, and free cookies daily at 3pm! In the spring, summer and fall, there are lots of things to experience from hiking and biking to hot air ballooning, white water rafting and even a real western rodeo which you can walk to!
