„Room was clean had a nice view, the only downsides were we expected by the photos it was more than a room and a bathroom, that the photos suggested it had a private area for sitting down but I realized when we got there it was common area. At night it was quite cold l, so we did have to get another blanket, and the shower took a while to heat up, but overall for a place to spend the night and be close to amenities, it worked for us :) “

„This was the perfect sized house for a short beach trip with my extended family of seven. It was tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood and there were enough beds for everyone. We could drive to the boardwalk in under 5 minutes and have room in the evenings to spread out. The property was clean and check in was smooth!“

„Dirty, unsafe, floors sagged 2 to 3 inches from middle to sides, dirty clothes in the dresser, rug dirty, tub spout partially off, pillows smelled of makeup. We arrived Monday at 9:30 PM and left 7:30 AM Tuesday the next morning. Tokd Doug we expected a refund byt no reply. Communication with Melrose was almost non existant. Horrible experience.“

„Great place at a great location. 2 blocks to the boardwalk and all the stores and restaurants are nearby. Best part was having the ability to just relax in the house while everyone else slept or after a long day. Great kitchen with all the dishes, pans, etc. to make a big or small meal. Loved the coffee bar, took the guess work out of several mornings. Never ran out of towels over a 12 day stay...amazing!“

„Sandy was a responsive host who tried to help us when issues arose with the plumbing during our stay. The toilet wasn’t working properly and the place needed little functional fixes/updates here and there. Also, the main a/c unit vents were very dirty. Street parking in front most of the time was a plus. It was also quiet and close to a nice downtown area. It was a nice size 2-day stay for 2 adults and 1 child. A few tweaks and it would be a great stay!“
