Ein Bijou im Alentejo
Ein schöner, romantischer Fleck hoch oben im Kleinen Dorf Avis. Die Zimmer, sowie auch die übrige Einrichtungen sind mit viel Liebe und Stil eingerichtet. Die schönen Terrassen und Bäder bieten einen schönen Blick über das Alentejo. Die Besitzerfamilie sind wunderbare Gastgeber und erfüllen den Gästen sämtliche Wünsche.

É um sítio a repetir sem dúvida. Instalações fantásticas, acolhimento soberbo! Uma família que recebe os seus hóspedes como se fossem família em todos os aspectos. Muitos parabéns!

a true hospitality experience on a weekend
This guesthouse has the best of Portugal to offer for any time of the year, whether for a 1 week vacation or for a weekend getaway. We start right away by the way we are warmly welcomed by the sympathetic owners. This accommodation is very well situated in the heart of Avis and has two tastefully decorated spaces full of detail and sublety, having a balcony with a fantastic view ideal to enjoy a drink watching the sunset at the end of a summer afternoon or enjoying one of the several fireplaces scattered around the houses on a rainy or cold winter day. The room I stayed in was very spacious, again beautifully decorated, the bed was extremely comfortable and in the bathroom with towels and amenities of very good quality. Breakfast with lots of quality and variety and they had homemade jams and muesli, as well as the fresh squeezed orange juice and homemade lemonade and the scrambled eggs and the pancakes made at the moment. I joined to the other guests at the end of the afternoon for a glass of wine and a board of cheeses and charcuterie accompanied by shared talks on the warmth of the fireplace. Later on at dinner we were presented with a delicious and traditional homemade meal in the old stables that was transformed into a beautiful dining room. A big thank you to João, Maria João, Francisca, to all the attentive staff and even Menta (dog) for welcoming me, for the good moments and making me feel at home, I will certainly come back for a visit.

Decepção.... literalmente.
Reservei um quarto que não tinha nada do que dizia possuir, e como descrito na altura da reserva .

Caro Dr. Carlos, Desde já lamentamos que a sua experiência connosco não tenha ido ao encontro do que esperava. Lamentamos também que no momento do check-in, não nos tenha especificado que desejava um quarto com banheira, uma vez que a nossa Suite Junior é vendida como uma tipologia de quarto e não como um quarto apenas. Nesta tipologia temos quartos com banheira e quartos com chuveiro. A nós coube-nos oferecer o quarto mais bonito da casa dentro da tipologia escolhida - Suite Junior! Mesmo assim, a avaliação dada, é muito surpreendente, uma vez que em 3 anos de casa, a nossa avaliação média seja de 9.8/10 num base de + 300 comentários de hóspedes. Agradecemos o seu feedback, pois a nossa política é de melhoria contínua e o nosso foco é proporcionar a melhor estadia possível aos nossos hóspedes.
