„Everything was perfect, location perfect, clean & cozy. Service was really good, even though I requested the early check in and they charged me for it, when I got there, the code didn't work until 3pm anyway; but I requested the money back and they refunded the money right away to my account. Other than that, everything was perfect. We will stay here if we come back to Madrid soon. Thank you.“

„Stayed here with my husband and twin girls (22 months) The bed is so uncomfortable we slept on the sofa - a lot more comfortable although we needed to put my shoes under as it kept coming out of the socket to hold it in place. No sink plug. Very minimal utensils for cooking. For 4 guests we were only given 2 pillows, given 2 towels for my children that were the size of bath mat, then randomly had 1 dropped off along with only 1 extra pillow.. if you’re travelling and need to do washing just be ...

„The ceiling is too low, you have very little place to walk straight. The painting is very dirty , and have a lot of humidity in the walls. In the bathroom door , the key is not working and the sliding door is not working, you are not even to close it. Oven is not working and some of the kitchen fires are also not working.The service and checkin and out was smooth, the location is great, but the facility is not worth it to pay this money. I will never go there again.“
