Summary:
Welcome to our private South Austin oasis! This charming retreat can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests and is just a stone's throw from all the excitement South Austin has to offer.

If you prefer a quieter experience, unwind in the serene backyard, which backs onto a green belt, perfect for short hikes. Enjoy the outdoor covered seating area for relaxation. Additionally, there are multiple workspaces ideal for those working from home.

The Space:
This renovated single-story home is our personal oasis and features four rooms and two baths with ample space for relaxation. Our home includes three dedicated bedrooms—the master features a king-size bed, the second has a queen-sized bed, and the third one has a trundle with two twin-sized beds—plus a dedicated office space in the fourth room.

You'll find yourself immersed in the vibrancy of Austin, with easy access to coffee shops, restaurants, and breweries. South Congress, Barton Springs, and Zilker Park are just a short drive away, providing an abundance of cultural, artistic, and natural attractions. Enjoy the best tacos and BBQ the country has to offer, along with a rich music scene and diverse cultural experiences.

Our backyard opens up to a lush greenbelt, offering a serene escape where you can connect with nature right from home. With all these features, you might find yourself never wanting to leave!

Guest Access:
• You will have access to the entire property, with the exception of two closets (office and one of the two master closets), a utility closet, and the area in the garage beyond the white curtain.

• Guest(s) may park up to two vehicles in the driveway.
(Please don't park on the grass, block sidewalks, parking signs, fire hydrants, and neighbors’ driveways to avoid your vehicle being towed).

Nestled in the heart of South Austin, the Battle Bend Springs neighbourhood offers a relaxed, residential vibe with easy access to the city’s best experiences. You'll be just minutes from the bustling South Congress (SoCo) district, home to iconic food trucks, eclectic boutiques, live music venues, and some of the city’s best eateries.

Prefer a quieter adventure? Stroll through nearby Battle Bend Park or explore the scenic walking trails at Williamson Creek Greenbelt. HEB grocery stores, coffee shops, and local dining favourites are right around the corner, making it easy to feel at home.

Whether you’re here to dive into Austin’s creative culture or just want a comfortable retreat close to everything, this neighbourhood gives you the best of both worlds—peaceful and residential, yet just a short drive from downtown’s energy.

Cap Metro, car, scooter, or Uber are the best ways to get around.

• Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, whether inside or outside. This includes patios, balconies, driveways, and all outdoor areas. We have a strict no-smoking policy with no exceptions. If you smoke, you will be charged a penalty fee and may be evicted immediately without a refund.
• To help ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests, gov’t ID verification is required prior to arrival.
• This property is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood. We have great relationships with our neighbors—please help us maintain that by being respectful and keeping noise to a minimum.
• No pets, parties, or smoking are allowed on the property.
• Kindly remove your shoes indoors to help keep the space clean.
• Please avoid leaving food out on counters, as it may attract bugs.
• Our home is decorated with meaningful family heirlooms and collected pieces. We ask that you treat the space with care, avoid touching the art, and be gentle with furnishings to preserve their quality for all guests to enjoy.
• Please note that Bedroom 3 has a daybed with a trundle, which together offer two separate single beds.

Additional Services:
• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. (This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.)
