Guest have private access to the parking driveway (gated), the yard and the entire private house.

We're just down the street to help out or answer any questions our guests may have. We'll also just as happy to give as much space and privacy for our guests as the would like.

The house itself is just a 10-minute walk from a great, local coffee shop, food trailers, and popular bars and restaurants. The area is also lined with bike and scooter lanes that run throughout most of central Austin.

Getting around the area via car, ubers and scooters is pretty popular. The street also has a solid bike and jogging lane for any wanting to get a little more exercise. Parking on the street and in the driveway is also available.

Our Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that. If you're unsure about your reservations, we encourage all guests to secure travel from a third-party company.
