It is conveniently located just east of I-35, making it easy for residents to commute to Austin and other nearby cities. The neighborhood is served by the Round Rock Independent School District. Overall, Dove Creek is a peaceful and spacious community that offers easy access to nearby cities.



Getting Around:

Getting around Round Rock is relatively easy, as the neighborhood is conveniently located just east of I-35, making it easy for residents to commute to nearby cities like Austin. The area is served by several major roads, including A.W. Grimes Boulevard and Gattis School Road, which provide easy access to other parts of Round Rock. Additionally, there are several parks and recreational areas nearby, such as Lake Creek Park, which offers hiking trails and picnic areas. As for public transportation, there are several bus routes that serve the area, including routes operated by Capital Metro. However, it is worth noting that a car is likely needed to fully explore the surrounding areas.

The Rock House is nestled in a serene neighborhood, perfect for those seeking a calm and relaxing getaway. To honor our vision and ensure the best experience for our guests, we kindly ask that you share in this spirit of tranquility and relaxation during your stay. The followings rules ensure the safety and comfort of all current and future guests. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping The Garden House a pleasant and smooth-running retreat for everyone.



**No Parties**



- Planning a party? Please get prior approval from the host. Additional fees and guidelines apply. If we suspect a party is being planned, we’ll contact guests before check-in. Guests have 72 hours to respond. Failure to communicate may result in reservation cancellation.

- Unauthorized parties will lead to immediate eviction without a refund.



**No Smoking or Vaping Inside**



- If smoking or vaping is discovered inside, this will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

- Enjoy smoking or vaping on the side of the home off the Cedar deck. If burns are detected on the deck or outdoor furniture a minimum fee of $150 will be applied to cover repairs. Additional costs may apply to cover damage done to outdoor furniture.

- A $250 fee applies if a strong smell is detected indoors after checkout to cover additional ozone machine cleaning.



**No Illegal Drugs**



- Use of illegal drugs, including marijuana, will result in immediate eviction without a refund. A $250 fee will be added if discovered after departure.



**Keeping the Peace**



- Please minimize noise from 11 PM to 8 AM outside.



**Guests and Age Requirements**



- Day guests are welcome with prior host approval.

- The maximum headcount on this property is 16 people, which is determined by Airbnb.

- Extra overnight guests beyond 6 are not permitted. A $250 fee applies per extra guest if this rule is violated.

- Guests must be 21 and older. Under 21 is allowed if accompanied by a parent or guardian.



**Pet Guidelines**



- Keep pets on a leash in public areas.

- Clean up after your pet immediately. $10 fee per poop and urine cleanup by cleaners.

- Prevent pets from digging holes. An extra fee of $10 per hole will be applied if discovered.

- Keep pets off interior and exterior furniture.

- Refrain from leaving pets alone outside.

- Pets must be kenneled if no one is home.

- Pets should not poop or urinate inside the home.
