The Space
Enjoy a contemporary stay in this stylish 3-bedroom, 2-bath home. The master suite features a luxurious Tempur-Pedic king-size bed, while the other bedrooms offer a queen bed and two full-size beds. Each room is tastefully furnished with high-end brands like RH, West Elm, Allmodern, CB2, and Pottery Barn, ensuring both comfort and style.

Set the perfect mood with Philips Hue smart lights throughout the house. The living areas boast top-tier entertainment, including a 55-inch smart TV and two 85-inch 4K TVs with upgraded 4K Netflix, Prime Video, and Apple TV, all supported by high-speed internet.

For relaxation and fun, the game room includes a dartboard, pool table, and a variety of board games. Unwind in the 2-person sauna or enjoy the heated pool and spa, complete with water features and massaging jets. The outdoor space is perfect for lounging, with pool recliners, daybeds, an outdoor sectional, and a propane BBQ grill. The backyard features pristine AstroTurf for a consistently green and clean environment.

Seasonal & Weather Limits:

Pool heating is not available during summer months.

❄️ Pool and spa heating is unavailable if outdoor temperatures drop below 40°F — this protects the equipment and follows manufacturer warranty guidelines.

Good to Know: The pool heater and spa heater cannot run at the same time.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property please make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.

Quiet hours in Austin start at 10:30PM, no guests are allowed outside or in the backyard after 10:30PM. We respect our neighbors and our top priority is keeping the neighbors happy. Meaning no noise violations with the city of Austin. We plan on being a successful vacation rental for the long-term. There is a $500-2000 fine for any noise violations.
