The living room is cozy and relaxed, with plenty of room to kick back after a long day of play. It flows naturally into the dining area, making it easy to gather for meals, board games, or a movie night before bed.



Kitchen & Laundry



The kitchen is fully stocked for family meals, snacks, and everything in between. Whether it’s quick breakfasts before heading out or popcorn refills during game night, everything you need is right at hand. A dedicated laundry area makes longer stays especially convenient.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms



• Primary Bedroom: King bed, private ensuite bathroom

• Bedroom 2: Two bunk beds - a favorite for kids

The home is located in a quiet, safe residential area just north of East Austin. This part of the city offers a calmer, more suburban feel while still being close to everything Austin is known for. You’re minutes from parks, local restaurants, coffee shops, and everyday conveniences, with easy access to East Austin hotspots, Mueller, and downtown. It’s a great home base for families who want space, peace, and quick access to the city without feeling right in the middle of the noise.



Getting Around:

Easily get around by car, ride share, etc.



Other Things to Note:

This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, loud gatherings, or disturbances. Please keep noise at a reasonable level throughout the day, and remember that after 10 PM no sound should carry beyond the property line in line with City of Austin regulations.

• Children must be supervised at all times when using the playground
