In diesem komplett eingerichteten Apartment mit 5 Schlafzimmern und 4 Schlafzimmern werden die Gäste einen unvergesslichen Urlaub verbringen. 5 Bad Residenz.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett und einen spektakulären Blick auf den See.
Das atemberaubende Wohnzimmer ist voll möbliert und verfügt über große Panoramafenster.
Die Küche ist perfekt zum Essen geeignet, da sie mit einem Gasherd, allen erdenklichen Utensilien und Gewürzen ausgestattet ist. Die Unterkunft ist nur wenige Minuten von den besten Attraktionen entfernt. Alle Mieter haben Zugang zum 40-Ac-Park und zur Bootsrampe.

Loved this place and highly recommend for a large group! This house was absolutely on point and had many great features to entertain with. Sandra was fantastic with promptly assisting with any request. The house was well stocked with everything you could think of and then some. Thank you Sandra for opening up your home to us!

Beautiful home with private pool and access to Sandy beach

We had a great stay over Labor Day weekend. There were 8 adults and 3 children. The pool was our entertainment . The beach was a hit with the younger family members. The owner was so helpful. The hot tub didn’t work but they tried to correct all problems. There are 3 levels to this home. And the driveway is steep. However, we parked 3 SUVS and a PICKUP and guided each other in. The kitchen is the most well-stocked kitchen we have had with VRBO. The beds were comfy and the the dining room seated all 11 of us! Great laundry room and coffee bar. I wish we didn’t have to do housekeeping with VRBO… strip beds, empty trash, roll trash cans to street. But, this home owner doesn’t book back to back which is nice. They give time for cleaners. We did not eat out. We used the grill. I highly recommend this home. Jacque

Great Getaway for Lake Travis regulars!

The house is lovely and extremely well-stocked with pantry items and kitchen essentials. It offers a stunning view of the lake, especially at sunset from the middle porch. The rooms are quite spacious and accommodated our family perfectly. The only minor downside was the absence of a TV in the downstairs bedroom. The pool was clean upon our arrival and the outdoor sitting area around the pool is very nice.

Repeat stay for us!

This is our second time to share Thanksgiving at this VRBO. My family requested it this year! The property is wonderful and spacious. We enjoyed the community amenities, like pickleball and disc golf. This is definitely the perfect place for extended family gatherings.

Amazing, vacation home

I rented this property for my husband‘s 40th birthday. There were five families total with 17 people including seven kids ages infant to six there was plenty of room to sleep and plenty of amenities to keep both the adults and kids entertained. the pool was great. Proximity to the water was perfect and you’re able to actually drive up onto the beach. I would recommend this home to anyone planning a family vacation.

Friends vacation

We are a group of college friends that vacation every other year. It was our first visit to the Lake Travis area. The house was absolutely great! Communication with Sandy was spectacular. At one point, it seemed there was an issue with the A/C. Before had a chance, Sandy was in contact with us and had a crew out to fix the problem. The pool was absolutely spectacular. If there was any downside, we were a little disappointed that the outdoor kitchen area was not in operating condition. The kitchen had just about anything you could need. We have a tendency to stay in a cook for ourselves so that was a definite plus. The neighborhood was very quiet, which was great. It was a little bit of a distance to shopping/restaurants, but that didn't take away anything from our stay. Thank you for opening up your home! We had a great vacation.

This was an amazing getaway.

We visited with two families (10 people) all grown children. The roads here from Austin were well labeled, lit, and totally in line with GPS. The elevation of the house provides incredible views of lake life. The house was immaculate and very very user friendly. One morning was overcast and we played board games on the upper patio. We enjoyed lunch on the lower patio and playing pool each evening. The back yard and swimming pool are fantastic! Something for everyone. Beautiful plantings and seating around the pool. There is a second kitchen downstairs with melamine plates and bowls for safety with outdoor dining. The bed/bath accommodations are really spacious and comfortable. We dined at the Marina one evening and at the food trucks another evening. At the gas station nearest the house we found a donut spot next to the gas station store. There is a hot food service counter with delicious Cubano sandwiches! I knew it would be good when I saw so many picking up breakfast that morning. Our host, Sandra, was very helpful sharing local tips and answering questions that arose along the way. I really, highly, recommend this rental.

Fantastic place to celebrate

Our extended family of 12 (kids, teens, adults) gathered to celebrate Thanksgiving and a milestone birthday in our family, and this home was the ideal place for us to gather. It was inviting, spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed and more. It was conducive to play, rest, feasting, gathering, and celebrating together, and you can tell Sandy has a desire to hospitably welcome guests into her home. She was an excellent communicator, responding timely and thoroughly, and genuinely cared about us enjoying our stay. She was very helpful when questions arose. Additionally, there is a lot to do in the neighborhood that is teeming with amazing deer and also friendly neighbors. We enjoyed the frisbee golf course at the nearby park. We are incredibly grateful for our family time together, and Sandy's home exceeded our expectations!

Great Property, Lots of Amenities!

If you're looking for a staycation, this is the place to be! It's got everything you need to chill and relax with a great view of the lake. It is a bit of a drive to get back to Austin, but who needs it when you can go disc golfing or have fun at the lake.
