THE HOME

The spacious main floor of this open-layout home is perfectly suited for entertaining. Plenty of natural light fills the shared living space, gourmet kitchen, and dining area. Curl up with a good book on the comfortable couches or enjoy your favorite film on the flat screen TV. Home chefs will enjoy whipping up a memorable meal in the gourmet kitchen - which has plenty of additional seating for spectators and sous-chefs! A formal dining area for eight is just steps away when you're ready to serve. The main floor also features an eye-catching guest bathroom with a walk-in shower and a small sitting room (great for families or business travelers seeking additional privacy).

Upstairs, you can take in an eclectic art collection inspired by the legendary Lone Star State. A second full living area is fitted with a flat screen TV and a comfortable, high-end sofa bed that sleeps two. Bedroom One is fitted with a Queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom Two is fitted with an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and (1) King bed. Bedroom Three houses a single Full bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Head back to the main floor and down a second set of stairs for the remaining two guest bedrooms. Bedroom Four is fitted with (2) Queen beds and a small sitting area with a gorgeous jewel-toned chaise lounge. Bedroom Five is also fitted with (2) Queen beds.

The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood and the below rules are strictly enforced. Carefully consider these prior to booking:

1) This property is best suited for families, family reunions, business travelers, responsible bachelor/bachelorette groups, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. Disruptive party groups are not permitted.

2) Outdoor amenities can be utilized from 7AM to 10 PM (in accordance with the city's noise ordinance).

3) The pool can be heated to 85 degrees for an additional fee of $175/day plus tax.
