GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have full access to the entire home and outdoor spaces. The garage and owner's private closet are not accessible.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
The property address will be disclosed at time of booking.

All payments and cancellations must be performed on the platform.

PET POLICY:
- Separate pet policy must be agreed on.
- Additional $250 refundable pet deposit is required to cover for accidental damages.
- $100 per stay
- Aggressive breeds and dogs under 1 year not permitted
- Dog waste must be picked up by guest
- Dogs must be crated if guest is leaving the property
- Dogs must be on lease at all times
- Dogs not allowed upstairs
- Dogs not allowed on furniture

Violating any of these rules may result in fines of up to $500 per day.

SMOKING RULES:
Smoking is only permitted in the designated area by the outdoor ashtray. Smoking of any kind (including vapes or similar devices) is strictly prohibited indoors. Should smoking be detected insde the property, the booking will be promptly terminated, and a fine of $500 per night will be imposed. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in maintaining a fresh and enjoyable environment for all our guests.

GOOD NEIGHBOR PROTECTION PROGRAM:
This home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
