East/Central Austin near Govalle/Rosewood and Mueller; walkable streets, shops, Whole Foods, short rideshare or bus to downtown and Mueller. Suited for large groups and family stays.

Two separate units and three Bathrooms, spread out with lots of space. Three living rooms and three bathrooms total.

All access, private and fenced. Plenty of free parking in the wide driveway and the street.

I am always close by, if needed but will respect your privacy.

East/Central Austin (near Govalle/Rosewood/near Mueller). Character: walkable tree‑lined streets, active local dining and bars, quick access to the Mueller mixed‑use neighborhood and its park, shops and Whole Foods, and short drive to Downtown Austin (Rainey/Second Street/UT area). Vibe: eclectic, urban‑residential with frequent new construction and a strong local food and music scene.

Walking: short walks to nearby cafés, corner stores and neighborhood restaurants; many trips in the area are walkable or bikeable.
Biking: neighborhood streets and some dedicated bike lanes; good short‑distance connectivity to Mueller and east downtown.
Rideshare/taxi: widely available and typically fast for short trips to downtown and Mueller.
Public transit: Capital Metro bus routes serve the 78702 area; Route 20 (and other local routes) run along nearby arterials connecting to downtown and to Austin‑Bergstrom Airport. MetroRail (CapMetro Red Line) has stations in central Austin; nearest rail access requires a short bus or rideshare transfer to the Downtown station.

• Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the property.
• Events and parties are allowed—please be respectful of the space and mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours.
• Children and infants (under 2 years old) are welcome.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM—please keep outside noise to a minimum during this time to respect our neighbors.
• Please avoid using glitter or confetti for decorations. Additional cleaning fees will apply if found.
• Treat the home with care and respect so every guest can enjoy a wonderful stay.
