The sleek design includes a mounted TV and connects into the dining area which features a 6-person dining table. With large windows surrounding the space, you will love the natural light of this area.

This modern kitchen features a two-door fridge and a spacious island with six bar seats, illuminated by gorgeous modern lights. The space is accented by navy blue cabinets, providing ample storage. Fully stocked and equipped, the kitchen seamlessly connects to the dining area and living room with a TV.

~Bedrooms~

Bedroom 1 (Main floor Bedroom) offers a Queen-sized bed for ultimate comfort. This beautifully designed bedroom provides a serene and modern retreat, featuring a comfortable bed with plush linens, complemented by a sleek armchair and stylish decor. Enjoy the ensuite full bathroom with a tub/shower.

Bedroom 2 (Upstairs Bedroom) This cozy bedroom features a plush queen-sized bed, a twin bed with roll-away, with a luxurious navy-blue headboard, alongside a comfortable twin bed. The room is bathed in natural light from a large window, highlighting the clean, modern design and light wood flooring.

Bedroom 3 (Upstairs Bedroom) This elegant bedroom features a luxurious queen-sized bed with a deep navy-blue upholstered headboard, paired with modern side tables and stylish lamps. The room is filled with natural light, thanks to a large window and a glass door that leads to a private balcony, perfect for enjoying morning coffee. Enjoy the incredible ensuite bathroom which features a massive walk-in shower and double vanity sink.

You can park one car under the carport and multiple cars on the street.
The driveway is shared with the back house, and parking in the driveway is strictly prohibited, even temporarily.

For cancellations, please note that we do charge a payment processing fee on top of our cancellation policy.

We also charge $150 for an unapproved late checkout.

We only host groups where the primary renter is above the age of 21+ years old. Will need ID verification.

No events, parties, or additional guests other than the number on your reservation without permission. An additional event fee will be charged.

Quiet hours in Austin start at 10 PM which means no guests are allowed outside after 10 PM. We know it's gorgeous out there but our #1 priority is keeping the neighbors happy and this being a successful vacation rental for the long-term and the only way that works is if this rule is followed. This is a super quiet neighborhood and this is strictly enforced.

We only accept pets that are under 35 pounds and we'll just ask for a picture.

Pet Fee is $125 (max of 2). This is a one-time, non-refundable fee as we shampoo the carpets after each pet stay. No pets on furniture, please! Also, please clean up your pet's feces or we will charge an additional $40 fee if uncleaned feces are found.
