Parking was not an assigned space and at night, you needed to walk a longer distance that safe. Room: 1) smelled of Indian food that was constant from the neighbor and there was nothing that I could do and my clothes smelled. 2) there was hair in the bathroom and mold on the floor molding/silicone and walls. I called 5x and then texted 20x (yes I have them still) for help. They kept saying "we take this seriously and am sorry. We will work immediately on this" and I never heard anything. 3) the kitchen was not even remotely furnished. I am not a "cooker" but there was not a bowl, oven sheet, kitchen counter or stovetop cleaner, and minimal utensils. The plates were different; utensils were so cheap they bent. 4) I asked for a broom since there was not a vacuum in the room and I was staying there for an extended trip--they brought a broom, no dustpan so completely useless. 5) the bedroom overhead light was broken and I let them know immediately upon entering. The pull chain was missing. The fan worked but the light did not. Same fan/light in the family room. In the bedroom, there was a hole where the pull chain was missing. So the entire stay, no overhead lights-only a bedside table lamp. 6) you cannot enter the complex when you get there like the directions state as the gate is CLOSED. You need a fob. So, you have to wait until someone comes in for the first time or hope that someone on the app will be able to help you. The fob was in the house. A hard no!
