The Neighborhood:

Our home is located near a historic rail line. You’ll occasionally hear the rhythmic sound of a passing train and its horn. It’s a classic part of our neighborhood’s atmosphere, but if you’re a particularly light sleeper, you may want to keep the windows closed at night.

✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you before check-in.

If there's any extra trash that doesn’t fit in the bins (which can sometimes happen after gatherings), it may need to be removed separately, and there could be an additional charge. To help avoid any extra fees, we kindly ask that all trash fit securely inside the provided bins.



✹ For your peace of mind, we suggest keeping personal items inside the house and not leaving valuables in your car, as the property is located near the city.



✹ We just like to note that there’s a train nearby that passes and blows the horn occasionally.



✹ Mid-Stay Care & Housekeeping: For stays of 30 nights or more, a scheduled mid-stay professional cleaning is included to maintain our elevated care standards.

This service is provided for an additional cleaning fee and helps ensure your stay remains comfortable, seamless, and well cared for.
