Welcome to the "Dwelling of Divine Duality," the ultimate Austin getaway for unforgettable group trips or fun escapes with friends! This unique home features curvy designs, three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a dreamy backyard oasis. Lounge by the scalloped edge pool (heating available for an additional fee), get ready at stylish makeup stations, and soak up the sun. With space for twelve guests and luxurious touches throughout, this home is as chic as it gets!

The backyard is where the real fun happens: lounge by the inspiring scalloped edge pool, fire up epic BBQs in the outdoor kitchen, or get ready for ping pong tournaments when our new ping pong/dining table arrives. With in-unit laundry, pet-friendly vibes, and parking for four cars, this house has everything for the ultimate Austin experience. Just a short stroll away from Austin’s hottest spots, you’ll have the best of the city at your doorstep!

As you explore, a visual story unfolds with each step. Start in the foyer, where a jaw-dropping mural and full-length mirror set the stage for your stylish stay. Beyond the foyer, the kitchen awaits, bright and buzzing with energy, ready for all your culinary creations. Keep strolling, and you’ll encounter the heart of the home—a living space perfect for lounging, chatting, and sipping cocktails. Sink into plush sofas, gather around the electric blue club chairs, or enjoy a meal at the chic dining table. Don’t forget to gaze through the massive glass sliding doors at the backyard paradise that’s calling your name!

The kitchen is where mornings begin and evenings unwind. Bright and cheerful, it’s fully equipped to help you channel your inner chef. The large island seats five, making it the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Down the hall, the primary bedroom is a moody, luxurious retreat with a king bed, plush linens, and its own smart TV. Open the patio doors to find two super comfy Fatboy rockers, perfect for stargazing or morning meditation. The spa-like en-suite bathroom, complete with stunning tile and a dreamy soaking tub, is your personal relaxation haven.

Head upstairs to discover even more delights. From here, you can admire the beautiful architecture and take in the Austin air from the turfed patio! The second primary bedroom upstairs is all about style, featuring a queen bed and a glamorous vanity in the bathroom. Two additional bedrooms come with two sets of bunk beds each, turning bedtime into a fun sleepover where everyone feels cozy, complemented by our vanity stations! Each bed is dressed in custom luxury linens, ensuring every guest enjoys a sweet night’s sleep.

Every bathroom is stocked with essentials, and the outdoor shower is a refreshing treat after a day by the pool. From aesthetic plastic pool cups to cute martini glasses and helpful signage, we’ve thought of everything so you don’t have to. We would be thrilled to host you here soon! Guests will have access to the entire home, driveway, and the entire backyard with a pool and outdoor kitchen. The garage is not available, thank you for understanding.

Please note that while we strive to provide our guests with an enjoyable pool experience, the availability of the pool may be subject to unforeseen circumstances such as maintenance, cleaning, or other issues beyond our control. We prioritize the safety and satisfaction of our guests, and sometimes this means the pool may not be accessible during your stay. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to ensure any impact on your stay is minimized.

We don't charge a security deposit! Where many hosts charge over $500, and where you as the guest risk them not returning your deposit – Austin Vacay remains guest-centric by charging a one-time, non-refundable fee (already included in your booking price) which provides up to $1,000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions). This means a lower cost to book, and because accidents happen, protection against costly charges. Plan terms and conditions provided by request after booking.

We have taken extra precautions to care for our guests and employees by introducing zero contact entry, enhanced cleaning protocols, and strict covering requirements for employees. Located in North Central Austin, this area combines a welcoming suburban feel with convenient city living. Known for its well-kept neighborhoods, family-friendly parks, and local schools, it's a community-oriented part of town that appeals to a broad demographic. Shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment venues offer a wide range of options, reflecting the diverse tastes of the residents. You may occasionally hear the soft hum of a nearby passenger train —a subtle part of the neighborhood’s rhythm. It typically runs a few times a day and in the evening, and while it doesn’t use a horn, some guests may notice a soft rumble or vibration, particularly at night. Most guests find it to be a minor background sound, but if you're especially sensitive to ambient noise or vibrations, please consider this before booking. The region's growth has led to new developments and revitalized areas, adding to its vibrancy and appeal. Proximity to major highways ensures easy commuting to downtown Austin and surrounding areas. Overall, this part of Austin represents a balanced and comfortable lifestyle, with a mix of residential charm and modern conveniences.

Scooters (Lime & Bird) as well as Lyft and Uber are the best ways to get around Austin, especially this close to everything. However, there are also a lot of public transportation options in this area (see CapMetro's website).
We have security cameras outside of our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests' privacy.
1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine)
2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance
3) No events or parties.
4) Feel free to inquire about bringing your dogs along. We allow a maximum of two small dogs, each weighing 35 lbs or less. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee of $85. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can prepare the necessary cleaning supplies to eliminate allergens before the next guest arrives. If we do not receive notice at least 48 hours before your check-in, the fee will be $105. While staying with us, dogs must be crated when left alone, should not climb on furniture, and must not be left outside unattended. Owners are responsible for any damages caused.
5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it
6) Minimum age requirement is 25
7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night
8) Please see the House Manual emailed to you a few days before your stay
