The main living area is open and full of character, centered around a double-sided fireplace that connects the living room and dining room — perfect for cozy hangs and shared meals. The fully stocked kitchen flows right into the dining space, making it easy to cook, gather, and stay connected.



You’ll find 4 uniquely styled bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, giving everyone space to spread out and recharge.



There’s even a cowboy hat wall (yes, really) complete with a glowing Howdy neon sign and record player — perfect for a group photo or two.

This home is located in a residential neighborhood, so we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, loud gatherings, or disturbances. Please keep noise at a reasonable level throughout the day, and remember that after 10 PM no sound should carry beyond the property line in line with City of Austin regulations.
