Fantastic VRBO
We rented this charming house for our family to stay during our son's graduation. It comfortably housed six adults. Walking distance to Zilker Park, Lady Bird Trail and fun restaurants. We hope to have family stay here again during their next visit and will recommend it to others. LOVED IT!

Wonderful stay at the Glass Treehouse!
We had an absolutely incredible stay at the Glass Treehouse. The pictures really didn't do it justice. The location couldn't have been more perfect as well - just a quick walk to the Barton Springs/Creek, and a short Uber ride into Downtown Austin. The best of both worlds! Lisa was super accommodative and a great communicator - made an early check-in/late check-out happen for our group. Hope to be able to stay there again soon.

Magical spot
What a magical place in the best location. We stayed here with family to celebrate my mom’s 70th. Our host, Lisa, was great, had plenty of suggestions, and so responsive. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Such nice evenings on the patio watching the sunset and great days exploring the neighborhood. Definitely would recommend!

Beautiful Property in a Perfect Location
We were in Austin with a few family members for our son’s UT graduation. This home was the perfect place to hang out between events. Awesome large backyard patio to hang out on with great views. Very serene and peaceful and quiet. The hostess Lisa was very responsive when we had questions. We will definitely be staying here again when we are in Austin. Thank you!

Amazing stay in the Treehouse
A group of five 50 + women stayed in the treehouse for a 3 night visit to Austin from Boston. One of the best VRBOs I have stayed in. The location is ideal and the outdoor feel of the property goes with all that goes on within steps of the front door. So many hiking/biking and swimming options literally steps away. Lisa is amazing host and so communicative and will give you great suggestions for your stay in Austin. Book this now!

I had an amazing experience at this charming, well-appointed Barton Springs sanctuary. Great family stay
Our extended family enjoyed the space, comfort and location. Clean and comfortable with space to stretch out for all of us. The deck was lovely and comfortable. Easy walk to Barton sprigs for kayaking and swimming. Close to great restaurants in the neighborhood and just a short drive to everything Austin.

Best VRBO Stay EVER! Seriously!
We’ve stayed in many VRBO properties, but hands down, THIS place far exceeded our expectations by a landslide! The pictures are fantastic, but it’s even better in person! The ability to walk to so many activities was just the icing on the cake. Lisa was an excellent host, and our family excursion to view the eclipse was immensely enhanced by the care that she took to create such a memorable experience. Thank you!

This property lived up to the magic in each photo. We loved our stay and left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Wow! Refreshing time in Austin.
The property is as described- well cared for, beautiful, spacious. The bedrooms are outfitted well with comfortable beds and comfortably sized bathrooms. Towels, blankets, bedding, cookware, coffee - thanks for setting us up so well. The outdoor opportunities here are endless- it was difficult to decide between being in the house and enjoying all the activities in Barton Springs. We had good meals nearby and utilized the Bcycle to bike around town. I already miss Thom's breakfast burritos. Uber never took more than 10 minutes for longer trips. Great time, beautiful neighborhood, home just as promised.

Truly one of a kind getaway or staycation spot!
This house is insanely awesome, every aspect and detail is so unique and beautiful, we wanted to stay at the house more than go explore the city, it was that awesome! The view is beautiful and the porch is out of this world. The host is amazing and super helpful! i will be back and would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Austin!

On our third day, there was a plumbing issue that meant relocating to another bedroom and losing use of 2 of our 4 bathrooms. Lisa responded quickly, the problem was repaired and she sent a nice basket of treats which my grandsons quickly devoured. I was given a refund for the days we were inconvenienced. The living areas (indoors and outside) are beautiful.

All our wants fulfilled!
Great place, fun decor, wonderful view of the city Christmas tree. It was like every one of our wants, expectations were fulfilled. We walked along the lake and enjoyed the people and the views. Instead of leaving the ambiance of this wonderful place, we ordered delivery from True Foods for one of our meals. Perfect, delicious and on time. Made all the rest of our meals in the well equipped kitchen. The large decks were great and the weather made it possible for relaxing breakfasts. We will come back!

Magical Getaway
My family loved staying in this naturalistic, light-filled “treehouse” situated atop a hill overlooking the beautiful Zilker Park and a short walk to Barton Springs as well as the Umlauf sculpture garden. Great location and marvelous artsy vibe made for a restorative stay. The host was so responsive and a pleasure to work with. We look forward to returning very soon!

We loved the treehouse for our group of friends. We stayed in a few nights because it was so enjoyable to hang on the patio. Everything was super smooth and Lisa is super easy to communicate and work with. Would definitely recommend for all kinds of groups/families. Just not a raging party house.

F1 weekend fun
Really funky, fun house for a long weekend in a cool area of Austin. There was plenty of room, the beds were very comfortable and the bedding was nice. The whole place was very incredibly clean and well appointed. The outdoor space was very inviting and relaxing. Lisa, the owner, was the most attentive host I have ever had. She checked in periodically to make certain things were going well and to answer any questions. Excellent experience!

Excellent getaway for girls weekend
Best location and comfortable with a host that catered to all our needs. House equipped with everything you need to spend the entire time indoors to escape the heat outside. There is also a very cute outdoor area which we might have utilized more if it was cooler. Barton Springs is right across the street. Six of us enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Heavenly Home!
Our stay in this home was amazing. It was such a beautiful, peaceful location to enjoy the area. On several evenings we could sit on the deck and enjoy the sounds of the bands playing nearby. One evening we watched a drum circle across the street at Zilker Park and a flame thrower. The windows made you feel like you were outside and not closed in. The heat curtailed many of our activities and this home enabled us to have the most lovely of stays. Every room and every bathroom were equally lovely and charming. The property owner was always incredibly responsive to any needs, which were only because I’m not technologically inclined. The property was perfect!! I was so grateful we were able to stay there. My kids didn’t want to leave!!

Relaxing stay in Austin
Its was a fun and relaxing stay. We had a great view of Barton Springs Park and the Monkey tree and our walk to Barton Springs pool was just as close than if we had to drive and park. It is a super convenient location. The home interior decoration and architecture was was fun and interesting where the living room seemed to extend out onto the deck with all the windows and french doors. The kitchen was well supplied and thoughtful and I knew if we were missing something Lisa would take care of us! We would definitely rent again!

Perfect weekend getaway! Great place, even better location! Walking distance to some amazing spots…. Barton Springs, Terry Blacks BBQ, Tex-Mex and a short drive to DT Austin nightlife! Highly recommended! Ice cold A/C and walking distant (5 minutes) from Barton Springs was exactly what we needed for those hot Austin summer days!

We chose this property as it is close to downtown and Barton Springs. Home is very clean, Home very well stocked with all the items you need including kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies, bedding, towels, etc.. Plenty of space for our group of 8 adults to visit. Outdoor space is fantastic, even though we had a bunch of rain, we were still able to enjoy it. Terry Blacks BBQ is the best and close! One of the bedrooms is small, although still has a Queen bed! We made it work. Would go back! 9 out of 10 stars for our group!
