Lakeway is a serene & peaceful community located in Lake Travis. This home provides endless opportunities for many outdoor activities from hiking to zip lines. Water enthusiast can fish, boat, jet ski, or kayak from the marina only minutes away. Only a block away from the park where kids can burn their energy on the playground. 10 mins away from Hill Country Galleria which has great dining & shopping. HEB, the local grocery store is only 5 mins away. Located 30 mins from Downtown Austin.

ABOUT CASA CAPRI:

UPSTAIRS 2ND FLOOR:

Bedroom 5: Enjoy the spacious comfort of the primary master suite complete with a luxury king-sized bed, full-length mirror, and generous walk-in closet. Walk into the ensuite bathroom which includes a double vanity, jacuzzi jetted tub and separate shower. Open the sliding glass door in the morning that leads to the balcony giving you majestic views of Lake Travis.

Bedroom 4: A queen sized bed fitted with cozy bedding for a comfortable night of sleep. Included in the room are night stands that have USB plug ins for your electronics/phones. Wall to wall closet space enough to fit any of your belongings.

Bedroom 3: Queen sized bed fitted with comfortable bedding, a sitting area and a generous sized walk-in closet that includes full-length mirror. This bedroom has a sliding glass door that leads to a balcony with beautiful views of Lake Travis.

Between Bedrooms 3 & 4 there is a Jack and Jill bathroom, with each having their own vanity space and storage. There is one tub and separate shower.

Inside, the home is designed with gathering in mind. The inviting living space has ample seating for your entire group to enjoy quality time together (including a queen-size pull-out sofa), the wood burning fireplace, and the smart tv. Steps away, the spacious kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with cookware, a coffee maker, a toaster, and blender are all provided for your convenience.

The formal dining table seats 8 guests, with additional seating provided in the kitchen. Additionally, you can step out into the private backyard which features a back patio area including a patio table and seating perfect for morning coffee or on the balcony in front which has seating for 2.

DOWNSTAIRS 1ST FLOOR:

Bedroom 2: A Twin over full sized bunk bed and a plush full Futon. This bedroom also has its own separate bathroom with a shower and plenty of closet space. Nightstand with USB ports for your electronics/phones.

Bedroom 1: Second Master Suite has a Tempur-Pedic California King sized bed, a nightstand and dresser along with a lamp that includes a USB port for your electronics/phones. A full length mirror and for privacy includes a separate entrance. Private bathroom including large beautiful shower.

In between Bedrooms 1 & 2, there is a dedicated space / living area / game room. This space also has a second fully equipped kitchen complete with a full sized fridge and oven. There is a couch and bar area for eating. Board games, ping pong table, and cards all to keep the fun going between your family and friends so no one is ever bored.

Other things to note:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Do not throw butts on the ground. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.

No parties, events or more guests that the reservation states without prior approval.

Pet Friendly:

All pets must be approved by host before check in. Please note that VRBO does not automatically add the pet fee. We will manually add a pet fee of $175.00 after the booking is confirmed and it will need to be paid prior to your arrival via payment request.

Please bring your pet blankets or beds as needed as pets are not allowed to lay directly on the furniture or linens – For any pet-related damage a fee of $300.00 will be charged or the cost to replace the damaged item in the house. Please also clean up your pet’s feces or we will charge an additional $40.00 if uncleaned feces are found.

Quiet hours in Lakeway start at 10PM which means no noise allowed outside or in the backyard after 10pm.

When coming to the house DON’T SPEED! There are regular speed traps from the exceptionally well manned Lakeway police force. You will be extremely safe but don’t ruin your stay with a speeding ticket.

Lake Travis water levels fluctuates and at times, when water is excessively low. We suggest you check the current water levels to ensure boat ramps in the area are open.

It is important to note that as per Lakeway City ordinance, parking boats, RV's and trailers on the street is strictly prohibited. Please make parking arrangements with us beforehand to avoid any inconvenience upon arrival and to avoid citations or towing. We do have dedicated boat, rv and trailer parking available so please make sure to let us know.
