The Space:
Welcome to our stunning Clarksville mansion in Austin, TX where the Keep Austin Weird came to life! With 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, this spacious house can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests.

Step inside and let your vacation begin! This home exudes unique decor and themed touches throughout. This estate is located just 2 miles from downtown Austin. You are just moments away from some of the top eateries, bars, UT games, and nightlife in Austin.

This house is designed for both fun and relaxation, with an array of amenities to keep everyone entertained. Enjoy friendly competitions on the basketball and pickleball sport court across the street, or test your pool, shuffleboard, or arcade skills in the giant game room. With 9 smart TVs throughout the property, you won’t have to go far to stream the latest shows or cheer on your favorite sports team.

For those looking to take on the Texas heat, you can cool off in the pool or catch the rays in the lounge chairs by the pool or on the rooftop patio while gazing at the breathtaking Austin skyline views. At night, relax by the fire pit on the rooftop patio while stargazing and enjoying the Austin downtown lights.

The main house has 4 luxurious bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a rooftop patio with breathtaking downtown views. The master suite has a large spacious walk-in closet and spa-like bathroom with dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

The large immaculate kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, ample cabinetry for storage, and all the cooking items you can imagine. All newly purchased for your stay.

The secondary building contains a game room with a pool table, shuffleboard, arcade games, a movie room and a bedroom.

Please note- we do not allow for Disruptive gatherings or Community nuisances. Gatherings that threaten the safety of or disturb the surrounding community are not allowed. Disruptive behavior and actions including excessive smoking around neighbors or smoking in areas where smoking is prohibited, littering, making excessive noise, or obstructing a neighbor’s access to their homes aren’t allowed.

This home is not meant to hold a party, a reception or any similar crowded event. Any violation of this rule could lead to the immediate cancellation of the reservation, and NO REFUND will be issued in this circumstance.

Austin is such a fun city so take advantage and do your partying downtown.

The home is located in the most coveted central Austin neighborhood, Clarksville. Austin is known for outstanding food, great live music venues, and fun atmosphere. The city is rapidly rising in popularity as a place to live and visit, thanks to a fantastic culture and friendly locals.

You have high walkability - it’s a short stroll to groceries at Fresh Plus, Josephine House, Taco Flats, Medici Coffee, and shopping at Sledd Nursery and Howler Bros. You’re also a short drive from everything you need. Within two miles is downtown Austin, Lady Bird Lake, Barton Springs Pool, and Whole Foods.

Your vacation home is conveniently located with easy access to stroll to the Hike-and-Bike Trail, the Austin Public Library, exceptional shopping, and the city’s best restaurants. Top restaurants to try are Uchi/Uchiko, La Condessa, Loro, Juniper, Geraldines, and Wink. Two neighborhood favorites are Clark’s Oyster Bar and Jeffreys.

Top bars to try are The Roosevelt Room, Whisler’s, Lala’s, & Garage Bar.

Other Things to Note:
This unique place has a style all its own. Brand new home just built in 2023. Enjoy the poolside, or play some pool in the game room and watch a game on the big screen TV. At night, you can enjoy a drink by the fire pit on the roof with downtown views of the Austin skyline.

The accommodations were impeccable, and the location was 10 minutes from anywhere. The park across the street was great for the little kids and big kids. Huge playset, splash pad, pickleball, and basketball. We will stay here again!
