It was all too high tech for me, it seemed that everything from the lifts to answering the phone was at another level - keep it simple …….

Beautiful hotel, comfortable bed. We dined in the restaurant, but the downside was one of the chefs was not wearing gloves when plating up the food. Not a good look and unhygienic. The other chef (Asian) who did all the cooking wore gloves the whole time.

Was a great stay at this new hotel. Very modern with marvelous facilities. Floors are a bit on the slippery side otherwise would highly recommend.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating, room was clean and tidy and street parking was abundant. Facilities like Gym & Spa still under construction and for my visit would’ve been great if they were operating. I had to book off premises for a spa treatment and also had to attend a gym elsewhere. Otherwise I had a good experience at SOHO

Really nice new hotel with great modern rooms. Food in restaurant was very average but hotel is great

The staff were excellent - professional, eager to help, friendly. The motel felt like it was rushed to get finished in time - exposed electrical wiring in the ceiling at reception, exposed bolts, drill holes, average workmanship on the bathroom tiling and no option to have just a light in the bathroom without the noisy fan. They also forgot to provide a rubbish bin but did so once asked. The rotating door should go. The cauliflower bites and the coffee were first rate.

Quality of finishing really budget. Whoever, managed the build and the trades that worked on it need to find new jobs. Definitely not 4/5 star lux standards.
