This was a terrible experience. I had booked this room for a week. I traveled from the US to visit family and when I tried to check in the told me the rooms had been over booked and it was unavailable. Although it was fully paid for. Their only solution was for myself and my 2 toddlers to stay at another of their locations 50 minutes away!!!! Other than that, nothing they could do. Hotels.com wasn’t any help either, after being on the phone for over an hour I was disconnected and then unable to get in touch with other a representative that evening. I’m still waiting on my money to be refunded…. (I can’t giving a review of the actual room as I didn’t even get the opportunity to see it)

Worst place I’ve stayed
It was just terrible no other word for it I have to drive across town to get the key , entered the room it smells , toilet wasn’t cleaned still soiled from previous guest Bed is like a camp stretcher and the tiles in the floor are all broken , decor has been bought from Kmart .. location good view good .. everything else don’t stay here is disgraceful.

Hi Jason and thanks for the feedback. I have looked at the reviews you have posted for other accommodations, and see that you have a history of posting horrible reviews for people. I hope you consider how fake reviews harm hard working people. The key pickup location, is a 5min walk from the building, the air in the room would be still when you first enter due to it being locked all day, but a few mins with the windows open and you’re good. The room is professionally cleaned, but we would have been happy to rectify anything that was below standard. Overall we consider this to be a harsh and fake review.
