Alles wirkte alt. Das Badezimmer war schmutzig. Die Fugen waren z. T. Mit Schimmel überzogen. So sah es auch auf dem Balkon und am Pool aus. Im Restaurant oder an der Bar mussten wir mehrfach sehr lange warten auf Getränke. Selbst das Frühstücken war nicht schön, da zunächst eine Warteschlange überwunden werden musste. Kaffe aus der Maschine wurde extra berechnet. Die Wartezeit für Kaffe war zum Teil über 20min. Der Kaffe kam erst zum Ende des Frühstücks. Zum Glück gibt es bessere Alternativen.

An exceptional stay with stunning views
This was one of our finest stay at Hilton Auckland. The whole reception team delivered an amazing service, particularly Arvin & Ash. The concierge team was very helpful in valet parking and luggage transport, top job. The service crew at the bar were super friendly. Only new waitress Chelsea needs additional coaching. Our room was just mind blowing and house keeping very efficient.

We got surprised by a cruise ship that was parked in front of our building. It not only blocked the promised view that we’ve paid for, the ships engines were on 24 hours. The noise penetrated through the windows. It was unbearable. After bringing up this issue up to the leading management, they offered us a voucher of 30 dollars a day. I do not recommend it at all.

Toller Blick über den Hafen
Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel direkt am Hafen von Auckland und ist sehr modern ausgestattet. Man hat einen wunderbaren Blick über den Hafen. Die Zimmer sind groß und modern eingerichtet mit tollen Balkonen. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Man hat eine grosse Auswahl und alles war sehr lecker. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zu Fuß sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen.

Right on the big cruise ship dock, so the natural view, though very good, was frequently blocked by the ships. Large crowds at times as well when boarding was taking place.

Beautiful room and a gorgeous view with a very massive deck. The room was luxurious and comfortable, and the facilities were great. We had heard before we got here that others have had to wait for their room to be ready which was the same case for us. While annoying, as we’d planned our activities around getting into our room at three, the staff were lovely and gave us complimentary drinks. The parking situation is super dire, however Fred at the front was lovely, friendly and helpful, making it a little more painless.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton in Auckland. It is located in a great location as it is a short distance to walk to downtown and the Viaduct harbour. Also, from our balcony we have great view of the wharf. I enjoyed watchingthe sun rises every day. The interior of the hotel common area and our room are new, modern and cosy. All staff are very friendly and professional. However, the free Wifi was not working as it was either slow or kept dropping out. We did not use the outdoor pool because the water was cold to swim in. I would like the buffet breakfast selections to be more expansive. All in all we have a good experience and would recommend the Hilton Auckland to our extended family, friends and colleagues.

All in all, the staff is friendly and helpful. I appreciate the care of the Japanese staff.she is nice!! The view is wonderful. I was surprised to see a big ship in front of me in the morning, but I could still enjoy the view. The in-room meals were reasonably priced , arrived quickly and delicious. Only disappointment was in the next room who smoked on the balcony and the wind from the ocean let all the smoke into my room and smoky.

Beware! If u pay the high room rate for a king harbor view room, you may not have a harbor view. Humongous cruise ships dock right next to the hotel and block all views. The hotel gave us a cheap bottle of wine to compensate. Those rooms are expensive.

We were VERY disappointed in our room as we paid for a harbor view and instead had a huge cruise ship directly across from our room. Its engines running making enough noise that we could not enjoy the view nor the balcony. We were told ships harbor there constantly. If that is the case why weren't we told so we could have made other plans? I feel we paid an exorbitant price only to be disappointed by the ship not 60 feet from our balcony.

Hotel located on the water so great views from rooms, bar and restaurant. We enjoyed having drinks on outside deck areas watching the boats go by. Our room was a little dated but clean and spacious. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping.

Nice quiet location with lovely views and big decks. The staff is quite nice and welcoming. The bar is quiet and there is outdoor seating in a lovely setting. It’s a little inconvenient to services (a 3-4 block walk to coffee, pharmacy, etc.). If you need a cab, I recommend Uber since the cabs weren’t reliable, but Uber drivers are usually waiting nearby. Gym was small but serviceable. The pool is quite small.
