The chef’s kitchen is built for entertaining, featuring a gas cooktop, double ovens, dream pantry, and open-plan dining. Three spacious bedrooms (all with en-suites).

Retreat to your own private sanctuary featuring a king bed, spa-inspired ensuite with a freestanding Dado Quartz tub, glass shower, double vanity, and a cozy fireplace. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light, and a walk-in closet keeps everything organized. A 50" Smart TV adds the perfect touch for winding down.

-Loft:
A fun gathering spot with board games and extra room for overnight guests. Includes two large sofas plus a fold-away floor mattress for flexible sleeping arrangements.

Extras include a loft lounge, BBQ grill, golf cart for exploring and RV hookups(water and electric).



Easily accessible, the property sits just minutes from U.S. Highway 377 with quick connections to U.S. Highway 380 and I-35, making travel to and from Denton, Dallas, and Fort Worth a breeze.

Private parties, family, and corporate gatherings are welcome with prior host approval.
We’re dog-friendly – up to 2 dogs allowed (max 50 lbs each).
This is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors or near open doors/windows.
Keep windows/doors closed while AC is on to prevent insects, humidity, and mold.
Recommended thermostat setting: 68°F to 76°F.
This is a privately owned home, professionally cleaned after each stay. No daily maid service.
We provide essentials: towels, linens, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Please bring or purchase extras if needed.
Toilets are for toilet paper only – all other items (wipes, paper towels, hygiene products) should be disposed of in trash bins.
