KITCHEN: -The kitchen has a small refrigerator, appliances to cook, basic cookware and coffee machine.
LIVING ROOM: -The living room has a Queen Sized sleeper sofa for guests (the bed pulls out of the sofa). -There is also an air mattress in the unit for guests to use. -The living room has a TV (no cable, just streaming apps), and an Alexa ball mounted on the ceiling for guests use.
BEDROOM: -The bedroom has a Queen Sized bed.
BATHROOM: -There is a brand new Bathroom with custom shower, fixtures and more.
AMENITIES: -The unit has many amenities such as comfortable linens, towels, WiFi, full kitchen with all working appliances, Iron, shower products and other small things to provide you with a more comfortable stay.
VIEWS: -The windows in the living room and kitchen have a slight view of the ocean and beach. -The deck of the building has a great view of the City.
TEMPURATURE CONTROL: -The unit has two air conditioner window units, one in the bedroom window and one in the living room window. -The building is an older building, so the temperature is regulated and preset for the whole building. -There is no separate temperature control in the apartment. -It can sometimes get very warm so that is why we leave the air conditioner units for guests to use. -Each radiator does have a shut off valve on the bottom left and can be turned off individually if it’s too hot.

ACCESS & ENTRY: -Guests will have the entire 1 bedroom apartment. -Guests will primarily enter in and out of the apartment through the back entrance on the 4th floor, unit 5. -The unit does have a door in the living room that exits to the front of the building as well. -This Apartment is on the 4th floor. You have to walk up stairs to get to this unit. There is no elevator. -Please be respectful to the neighbors and the surrounding homes and businesses. -Please note that check-out time is promptly at 11:00 AM. Failure to check out by this time may result in a $100 fee per hour. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth transition for our next guests. Thank you for your understanding!
KEYLESS ENTRY: -There is keyless entry. Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip.
PARKING: -Will be available in the back of the building in the back driveway. -You can also park on the street wherever you can find a space available. -Guests are responsible for city street parking compliance; read & follow signage to avoid parking tickets.
MAIL: -Do not send packages to the property via mail as we do not have access to the locked mailboxes for the property. -If there is something of priority that you need shipped please reach out to us directly for alternative options. -We are not responsible for any items shipped to the property.
ENVIRONMENTAL NOTES: -Property located in a city environment; potential for noise from cars or foot traffic. -This Unit is located on the top floor of a multi level commercial space. -Conveniently the front of the building has a deli and a Barber shop.
SECURITY: -The home is protected by exterior ring camera security.
HONESTY and EXPECTATIONS: At "The Crows Nest", we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue.
CLEANING: Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay.
HOUSEHOLD ITEMS: As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues.
AMENITIES: -WiFi included; exterior ring camera security for added safety. -Linens, towels, and basic amenities provided. -Guests must purchase their own amenities when stock runs out. -No laundry detergent is provided. -Basic cookware supplies; no salt, pepper, oil, or kitchen condiments.

OTHER DETAILS: -Atlantic City is a barrier island and city style environment; expect possible common sightings of household ants, critters or mice especially during certain times of the years. Properties are not immune to household issues like this and may have evidence of preventative treatments and measures. -Beaches are free; no tags or passes required. Beach amenities not provided. -We utilize quilts on most of our beddings for comfort, durability, and sanitary reasons. If extra blankets are needed, let us know before check-in. -If you are extremely sensitive to smells, please note that odors from food, smoke, or other sources from outside or neighboring units may occasionally be noticeable. If this is a major concern for you, please keep this in mind.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: -Respectful behavior requested due to close proximity of homes. -This is NOT a party house. Hidden Gem
This was by far one of my favorite bookings ever. I've used other sites and been disappointed or had properties not quite hit the mark. This place was cozy, had a nice view of the lighthouse and the Ocean Casino from the deck. The inside was exactly what a mom on a staycation getaway needed. I will definitely be back and recommend this to any friends staying in AC. 😁

Don’t Judge A Book By It’s Cover
My husband and I were supposed to be here together, but it ended up being just me for two nights. TBH, I was a little sketched out when I first pulled into the parking spot, but the couple sitting out on the first floor deck were friendly and chill so I felt more at ease. Electronic keyless entry also made me feel safe. Place was clean with plenty of space to put my many bags😬
Great location- two blocks to Ocean Casino which has a small but decent beach. Bed was comfortable enough. Bathroom was small but did its job. Shower pressure was good! AC worked great- a little loud but not a big deal and nothing that the HUGE tv couldn’t over power. In short, small clean well-equipped spot- perfect for one or two people. Communicating with property manager was easy and quick.

Hidden Gem
This apartment is a hidden Gem, so Cozy and comfy. I will only stay here when visiting AC. The apartment is just as shown in the photos. The owners were very responsive when I needed them. Very close to Show Boat Hotel and Casino. We walked there from the apartment.

Amazing Spot!
I found this place to be very clean, comfortable, and perfectly sized for two people. The bathroom and shower was excellent. Apartment was beautiful, lots of lovely touches and local designs and equipped with everything I needed. You could tell that Paul and Ashley made sure that the apartment is very clean. The location was great and easy to get around. I would highly recommend this wonderful apartment. I am looking forward to staying here again or any of their other bnb one day.

Beautiful place, pictures do not lie!!
The property was beautifully decorated inside. Prompt response when I had questions. Hosts were considerate to have shampoo, lotion, teas, spices, etc..available for use. There are a lot of stairs to get to property but worth the trip when you get inside. Would definitely choose this place again for future stays
