Designed for bringing people together, Beach Bird features spacious gathering areas rarely found in today's homes. The fully equipped kitchen flows into generous dining and living spaces, making it easy to cook family meals, celebrate special occasions, or simply reconnect after a day at the beach. An additional dining table and 10 extra chairs are included so your entire group can enjoy meals together in one space.

OUTDOOR AREA:
Start your mornings on the expansive covered front porch, gather for dinner in the English garden, or unwind outdoors after a day in the sun. For added convenience, the home also features three outdoor showers, including enclosed rinse and changing areas that make post-beach cleanup easy for large groups.

ACCESSIBILITY & AMENITIES:
A first-floor king bedroom and full bathroom offer added convenience for grandparents or guests who prefer fewer stairs. As a historic Ocean City home, stairs are required to access the upper floors, and the home proudly retains its original character and architectural charm.
