This bright and comfortable condo has that beach feel and features a private ocean view balcony and 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed, perfect for a wonderful stay. Enjoy the convenience of a fully stocked kitchen, dining seating for four and a washer and dryer. The primary bedroom has a private half bath the other bathroom has a tub and shower combo. This unit comfortably sleeps two couples with a twin bunk for an extra family member. The community beach access boardwalk and pool are just steps away from the unit. A new HVAC system in 2024, two new smart tv's with cable tv and free Wi-Fi insure the inside is as accommodating as the beach and pool outside. The Crystal Coast of NC offers amazing weather year round.

The host asks that guests do not run the A/C while leaving the balcony sliding glass doors open. This will cause the unit to not cool properly and will result in very high and uncomfortable humidity inside. This beach front location has very high humidity.

North Carolina Vacation Rental Agreement & House Rules

STATUTORY NOTICE: THIS IS A VACATION RENTAL AGREEMENT UNDER THE NORTH CAROLINA VACATION RENTAL ACT. THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES ARE DEFINED BY LAW AND INCLUDE PROVISIONS PERMITTING THE DISBURSEMENT OF RENT PRIOR TO TENANCY AND
EXPEDITED EVICTION. PAYMENT OR TAKING POSSESSION CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT AND INTENT TO USE THE PROPERTY AS A VACATION RENTAL.

• Occupancy: Maximum of five (5) persons; only registered guests may stay overnight.

• Age Requirement: Primary renter must be 21+ unless accompanied by a family member age 21+.

• Use: Vacation, leisure, or recreational purposes only; stays under 90 days; guest maintains a permanent
residence elsewhere.

• Payments & Fees: Processed through VRBO; all fees and taxes disclosed before booking.

• Security Deposit: Used only for actual damages, unpaid charges, or excessive cleaning; refunds issued per NC law (generally within 45 days).
• Pets: No pets allowed.

• Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping inside; no smoking on balcony; vaping allowed on balcony only.

• Vehicles: No boats, campers, or trailers permitted on the property.

• Parties & Conduct: No parties, events, unlawful activity, or disturbances.

• Access: Third-floor unit with no elevator; stairs required.

• Entry for Maintenance: Owner/agents may enter as reasonably necessary with notice when practicable.

• Liability: Use at guest’s risk; owner not liable for injury, loss, weather, or utility outages beyond control.

• Governing Law: State of North Carolina; venue in the county where the property is located.
