boutiques, bookstores, live music, community events, and inviting public spaces, then return home without
needing to drive. MARTA also provides convenient connections to downtown Atlanta and destinations
throughout the city.

The Space & Sleeping Arrangements
The Heritage Dream Manor offers two floors of living space, with room to gather together and quiet corners for reading, working, or unwinding. Historic details appear throughout the home, while modern comforts
include high-speed internet, smart TVs, dual-zone climate control, laundry facilities, and thoughtfully
supplied bedrooms and baths.

First floor
• Primary suite with a king bed, private en-suite bathroom, and in-closet laundry

Every corner of Heritage Dream Manor tells a story. Admire period details like 1855 push-button light switches, custom built-in urinals in both bathrooms, and 5 to 6 decorative fireplaces throughout the home. Beneath the kitchen, a trap door opens to a quaint vintage wine cellar (please exercise extreme care when accessing).
Your personal comfort and safety are fully prioritized. Enjoy precise digital climate control with dual thermostats in the downstairs foyer and upstairs hallway. We also provide extra plush blankets, pillows, first aid supplies, and integrated smoke detectors for peace of mind.

Historic Character
According to research preserved by earlier owners, John B. Steward and his wife Mary built the main
house in 1855. It originally stood on Sycamore Street. Around 1910, workers rolled the house on logs to
its present location and joined it to an earlier 1830s structure that had served as a detached kitchen.
Look for push-button light switches, original and salvaged woodwork, historic fireplace surrounds, and
ceiling timbers reused from the old kitchen roof. A swiveling brick beside the kitchen chimney conceals a
small compartment where children once hid their treasures. Antiques collected over the years complement
these original and carefully preserved features, adding another layer to the home’s character. These
details give the home a sense of history that cannot be recreated in a newer property.

Screened porch and backyard
The spacious screened porch has comfortable seating and a classic wooden swing. In the backyard,
landscape lighting, a gas grill, and a patio dining table create an inviting setting for an outdoor meal or a
relaxed evening at home. Two small ponds connected by a stone walkway bring additional charm.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the house.

Guest Access & House Rules
Parking: Driveway space accommodates 2 small vehicles or 1 large vehicle, plus 1 reserved street parking spot.
Easy Self Check-In: Park in the driveway, walk through the Red gate door, enter the screened porch, and unlock the side keypad door leading directly into the kitchen. The grand front door is available for daily use during your stay.

Safety & Preservation Rules: All fireplaces, the kitchen brick oven, wet bar ice maker, and backyard sink are decorative or non-operational. Small wall doors in select areas are locked for child safety and strictly off-limits to guests.
House Rules

To ensure a comfortable stay for all, please observe the following rules:

*Minimum Age & ID: The primary traveler must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests without prior reviews must provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID (driver`s license or equivalent) to confirm the reservation. Renters may be required to show a government ID upon check-in or during their stay.
*No Smoking/Drugs: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home (this includes tobacco, cannabis, and vaping). Our home is equipped with a smoke detector, and any evidence of smoking will result in a $250 penalty. The use of any recreational drugs on the premises is also strictly prohibited.
*Occupancy & Events: The number of guests cannot exceed those listed on your reservation. Unapproved extra guests are subject to a $50 fee per person or may result in immediate cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without refund. Parties and events are not permitted without advanced written approval, and restrictions apply. No tents or other temporary structures may be set up on the property grounds.
*Check-out: Check-out is promptly at 11:00 AM. Unapproved late checkouts will incur a $50 fee.
*Damages & Cleaning: By booking, renters agree to be responsible for all costs related to any damages that occur during their stay and any necessary extra-cleaning charges required after check-out.
*Shipments: Please do not use the property address for any type of package or mail shipment. This is strictly prohibited.
