The Winewood Retreat sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, styled in warm wine tones, soft neutrals and natural textures. The open living room has a marble fireplace and large TV and flows into a formal dining room and a chef's kitchen with an island, bar seating, stainless steel appliances and a coffee station. Folding glass doors open the kitchen to a private patio and backyard. The primary suite has an en-suite bath with marble and brass finishes. Dedicated parking and fast Wi-Fi make it easy for work trips and longer stays. We host short, mid and long-term stays for corporate and executive travelers, relocation, insurance and displacement housing, film and production crews, and sports and entertainment guests.

Center Parc Stadium is a short walk, and Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, the Georgia World Congress Center, Grant Park and Zoo Atlanta are minutes away. The Georgia State Capitol, Grady Memorial Hospital, Georgia State University and Tyler Perry Studios are a short drive for business and production stays. A nearby park has green space, tennis courts and a basketball court. As an in-town home, guests may hear occasional city and train sounds.



Getting Around:

Dedicated on-site parking is included. Downtown Atlanta and I-75/85 are a few minutes away by car or rideshare, and MARTA bus routes run nearby. Hartsfield-Jackson Airport is about 15 minutes by car.

Separate Unit: This property includes a separate, lower-level apartment (Unit B) with its own private entrance. Unit B may be occupied by other guests, but your space in the main house remains completely private and for your exclusive use.

Urban Environment: As our home is in a dynamic urban area, you may occasionally hear ambient city sounds, including the nearby train and general neighborhood activity. This is a typical part of the lively Atlanta experience.

There are outdoor cameras present on the property.

There is a noise monitoring device inside the home. It does not record conversations or audio. It only monitors noise levels and detects smoke to help ensure compliance with our house rules and maintain the safety of the property.



Interaction with Guests:

The host respects your privacy and will not be present during your stay. However, we are always available remotely via phone or message to answer any questions or provide assistance to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
